The work is devoted to the improving treatment results of patients with ChOBd advancing and bronchoectasias using sanation fibrobronchoscopy performing. The stusy results revealed that the method developed (purulent sputum ejection due to bronchial tree lavage, endobronchial administration of antimicrobial drugs, laser radiation of bronchial mucus membrane etc.) improves drainage function of bronchial tree and local inflammation process course, decrease rate of advancing in the first year since the treatment onset.
