Clinical guidelines are systematically developed statements aimed to assist practitioners and patient decisions about appropriate medical care for specific clinical circumstances. The key principle for the guideline development is the provision for decision-making on the implementation of certain medical technologies should be based on a comprehensive analysis of all available scientific evidence, assessment of their effectiveness and safety. The objective of the article is to define unified methodology for evaluation of the evidence reliability and the credibility for recommendations when developing or updating clinical guidelines.
