With the help of mathematical planning an experiment by the method of Latin square there was studied the infl uence of two factors on chromatographic behavior of pikamylone, nicotine acid and acids -aminobutyric. As factor A there were used the diff erent organic solvents, factor B icy acetic acid and 25% solution of ammonia, which infl uence upon pH systems of solvents. It has been determined that the second factor infl uenced upon the chromatographic behaviors of pikamylone, nicotine acids and acids -aminobutyric. Th e conditions of chromatographic analysis have been optimized and the method of control of pikamylone purity by the method of thin-layer chromatography has been developed.
