摘要
The article presents data on the chemical study of herbs Boudreau hederacea representative of the family Labiatae, as a promising source of flavonoids. The chemical study of 70% alcoholic extract of the herb Boudreau hederacea by mass spectrometry and UV spectrophotometry were found luteolin-7-glucoside, apigenin, apigenin-7-glycoside, coffee-ACETIC ACID. By UV spectrophotometry conducted standardized grass Boudreau hederacea on the content of flavonoids. The results are processed statistically, the percentage of flaveo Noida, in terms of luteolin-7-glucoside was 1,83 ± 0,05%. Error of a single definition of confidence interval P, 95%, up 2.86%, which fits into the regulated rate of GF. Next, from the grass Boudreau made hederacea extract thick as a semi. Pro-vedena its standardization. According to data obtained in the course of the experiment it was found that the percentage of flavonoids in terms of luteolin-7-glucoside was 1,445 ± 0,059%. The results are processed statistically, the error of a single definition of confidence interval, P, 95% is 4.08%, which fits into the regulated rate of GF. On the basis of an extract of thick grass Boudreau hederacea developed dosage form in the form of granules.
