One hundred fifty four patients with clinical evidence of infective endocarditis were evaluated. We had carryed out analysis of indications for surgical treatment of infective endocarditis. In this paper we had show peculiarities of surgical technique, artificial circulation and myocardial protection. A new method of intracardiac debridement of infection nidus by bacterial proteinase immobilazed on polymeric matrix had based. With the aim of evidence of new method efficacy a medical case is demonstrated.
