    摘要

The finishing unit moves inside a frame-like tool holder mounted vertical on a machine base. A workpiece support (2) is associated with the tool holder and is also mounted perpendicular on the machine base (1) whereby the workpiece support and tool holder are connected at their free ends by one or more connecting supports (8) to form one stable unit.

The workpiece support can be designed like a frame with the connecting support mounted off-centre in the area of one or both long sides of the machine base. The connecting support can be forked with one arm connected at the top end of the vertical side pieces (5) of the tool holder and one arm connected to an upper crossbar (6) of the workpiece support.

ADVANTAGE -Avoids relative movement between workpiece support and tool holder even with high processing forces thereby ensuring correct positioning.

    权利要求
1 . An ophthalmologic instrument, comprising: a base unit having a lateral gripping surface; a small diameter instrument extending from the base unit, the small diameter instrument having a length; a support frame slidably coupled to the small diameter instrument along the length; a biasing device to urge the support frame towards an extended location along the length of the small diameter instrument; and one or more supply lines routed through an interior of the base unit to the small diameter instrument, wherein the support frame is spaced apart from the one or more supply lines, and both the support frame and supply lines are contained laterally within the lateral gripping surface as they pass through the interior of the base unit.
2 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the biasing device includes a spring.
3 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 2 , further including a screw adjuster to adjust a preload spring force.
4 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the biasing device includes a piston adapted to be biased by pneumatic pressure.
5 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the one or more supply lines includes a fiber optic line.
6 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the one or more supply lines includes a media infusion line.
7 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the one or more supply lines includes a suction line.
8 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the one or more supply lines includes a drug delivery line.
9 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the small diameter instrument includes a cutting tool.
10 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the small diameter instrument includes a forceps.
11 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the small diameter instrument includes a vitrectomy blade.
12 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 1 , wherein the support frame includes a cylinder that fits closely around the small diameter instrument.
13 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 12 , wherein the small diameter instrument is approximately 23 gauge or smaller in diameter.
14 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 12 , wherein the small diameter instrument is approximately 25 gauge in diameter.
15 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 12 , wherein the small diameter instrument is approximately 27 gauge in diameter.
16 . An ophthalmologic instrument, comprising: a base unit having a lateral gripping surface; a small diameter instrument extending from the base unit, the small diameter instrument having a length; a support frame slidably coupled to the small diameter instrument along the length; a biasing device to urge the support frame towards an extended location along the length of the small diameter instrument, wherein a biasing force preload amount of the biasing device is adjustable; wherein a distal portion of the support frame is adapted to make contact with a patient's eye and wherein a biasing force of the biasing device may be overcome by pressing the distal portion of the support frame against the patient's eye, to extend the small diameter instrument into a posterior portion of the patient's eye when in use.
17 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 16 , further including a screw adjuster to adjust the preload amount.
18 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 16 , wherein the support frame includes a cylinder that fits closely around the small diameter instrument.
19 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 18 , wherein the small diameter instrument is approximately 23 gauge or smaller in diameter.
20 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 18 , wherein the small diameter instrument is approximately 25 gauge in diameter.
21 . The ophthalmologic instrument of claim 18 , wherein the small diameter instrument is approximately 27 gauge in diameter.
    说明书
[0001]FIG. 1 is a right side perspective view of a tire showing our new design, it being understood that the pattern repeats uniformly throughout the circumference of the tread; FIG. 2 is a left side perspective view thereof; FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof; FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof; FIG. 6 is an enlarged fragmentary front elevational view thereof taken along Line 6 - 6 of FIG. 3 ; FIG. 7 is a right side perspective view of a second embodiment of a tire showing our new design, it being understood that the interior of the tire forms no part of the claim and that the pattern repeats uniformly throughout the circumference of the tread; FIG. 8 is a left side perspective view of a second embodiment, it being understood that the interior of the tire forms no part of the claim; and, FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment, it being understood that an enlarged fragmentary view thereof would be substantially identical to that shown in FIG. 6 , with the exception of the inclusion of the sidewall in solid lines. In the drawings, the broken lines immediately adjacent to the outer edges of the tire shoulder represent boundaries of the claim, and the broken lines depict environmental subject matter only and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines indicating an enlargement portion of the design form no part of the claimed design.
