    [0001]一种节能增热暖气装置
    [0002]技术领域
    [0003]本实用新型涉及集中供热技术领域,尤其涉及一种具备节能增热功能的暖气装置。
    [0004]背景技术
    [0005]集中供热作为北方冬季取暖最经济的供暖模式,近几年取得了快速的发展,集中供热比例逐年上升。在集中供热行业研发节能增效技术有利于全国节能减排工作。当前,热网系统中,靠近热源的住户容易室内温度过高,即过热;而远离热源或者处于热网最不利端的住户则容易室内温度过低,即欠热。过热将造成不必要的能源浪费,而欠热则影响居民冬季生活的舒适性。
    [0006]当前,集中供热最典型方式是二次管网上的各个住户均并联连接,每户进户处一般安装手动调节阀,户内各个房间的暖气片串联连接。
    [0007]为解决靠近热源住户过热问题,出现过热时,可以手动调节住户进户调节阀开度。然而这种方式下,热力公司不易发现过热情况,热网调节不及时且所耗人工较大。如果将住户进户手动调节阀改成电动调节阀,并使其根据住户室内温度来调节电动阀开度,这种方式改造成本较高,且难以解决户内局部房间过热的问题。此外,调节入户调节阀还将影响该住户周边住户的流量,造成这些住户过热或欠热。而为了消除该影响,又需要增加差压平衡阀,从而进一步加大实施成本。
    [0008]对于处在管网最不利端的住户,因其流量较小,容易出现供热不足的问题。热力公司为解决此类问题,通常采用提高热力站处的供水压力的方法加大最不利端住户流量。而此种方法,不仅增加了电能消耗又导致其它住户过热,浪费能源。此外也可以采用具备强制对流功能的增热产品,增强暖气片散热量,从而解决欠热问题。然而这些增热产品不具备节能功能,一旦这些最不利端住户热网平衡改善,所使用的增热产品则显得多余,而当室内无人或过热时,则无法达到节能效果。
    [0009]实用新型内容

    [0025]附图说明
    [0026]图1为本实用新型一实施例的结构示意图;
    [0027]图2为温控装置的原理图。
    [0028]具体实施方式
    [0029]下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型。
    [0030]如图1、2所示,本实用新型的一种节能增热暖气装置,包括套设于暖气片3上的一罩体11,该罩体11底部设有进风口8,顶部设有出风口9。
    [0031]在罩体11内部、暖气片3下方设有一通风装置;本实施例中,该通风装置包括贯流风机6、防尘过滤网7和匀风板4,贯流风机6的宽度略小于罩体11的宽度,防尘过滤网7设于贯流风机6前端,主要起过滤灰尘沙石或碎屑的作用,避免节能增热暖气装置受损害,匀风板4设于贯流风机6上方、暖气片3下方;匀风板4上设有若干匀风孔,对贯流风机强制对流产生的冷风进行匀风处理,使其均匀通过暖气片并均匀受热。
    [0032]在罩体11内部还设有一温控装置5,温控装置与通风装置连接,本实施例中,该温控装置5至少包括控制面板501、温控模块502和温度传感器503,控制面板501置于罩体11表面,温控模块502内置控制逻辑,控制面板501有线/无线连接温控模块502,温控模块502有线/无线连接温度传感器503;在本实施例中,温控装置与通风装置连接即体现为温控模块502通过信号线与贯流风机6连接。
    [0033]优选的,在罩体11顶部出风口9安装开度可调节的百叶窗13,罩体11内部设置百叶窗控制装置2连接百叶窗13并调节百叶窗13的开度,本实施例中,该百叶窗控制装置2通过信号线与温控模块502连接。
    [0034]优选的,该罩体11内侧还设置有保温材料衬层1。
    [0035]优选的,该罩体11侧面还设有暖气片进水口10和暖气片出水口12。
    [0036]在具体实施中,温控装置的控制面板及温度传感器的安装位置、温控装置各组件间的连接方式可有多种形式,在本实用新型基础上改变安装位置和连接方式,仍属本实用新型之内容。
    [0037]温控装置内嵌的控制逻辑具有多种具体实施例:
    [0038]实施例1,温控模块内嵌控制逻辑,提供室温自动控制功能。该控制逻辑根据温度传感器检测室内温度,并与通过控制面板设定的室内温度设定值相比较,在室内温度低于设定值时,温控模块控制百叶窗控制装置打开罩体顶部出风口百叶窗,并启动贯流风机,冷风从底部进风口吸入,经防尘过滤网过滤、匀风板匀风处理并经暖气片加热后,从出风口吹出热风,从而提高室内温度。而在室内温度高于设定值时,温控模块控制百叶窗控制装置关闭出风口百叶窗,并关闭贯流风机,从而降低室内温度。
    [0039]实施例2,温控模块内嵌控制逻辑,提供多时段定时温度设定功能。住户可以通过温控面板,设定每天多个时段的温度值。温控模块在各个时段内,按照该时段内的温度设定值自动控制散热量,调节室温。
    [0040]实施例3,温控模块内嵌控制逻辑,预设多种工作模式,如工作日、休息日、外出无人等模式。每个模式包含一组多时段的温度设定值,可以预先设定。住户在使用时,仅需选择工作模式即可。
    [0041]在以上任一实施例中,对于过热或者长期无人住户(如,空置房),本实用新型通过对室内温度的检测,在室内温度超过设定值时,关闭贯流风机及罩顶百叶窗,并利用罩体内衬保温层的保温效果,降低暖气片与其周围空气之间的温差,进而减少了暖气片的散热量,起到节能效果。对于欠热用户,本实用新型检测到室内温度低于设定值,打开贯流风机及罩顶百叶窗,通过强制空气对流,使得在不改变住户已有暖气片数量及管网供水工况下,暖气片散热量仍能大幅增加,从而起到增热效果。
    [0042]本实用新型的节能增热暖气装置,主要用于冬季室内取暖,可同时解决住户的过热、欠热问题,对于过热用户,可以降低室温,提升舒适度,并节约能源;对于欠热用户,无需增加热网供水压力即可增加室温,从而降低整体能源消耗。
    [0043]在常用暖气片上加装本实用新型后,在节能工作状态下,暖气片散热量仅为原散热量的20%,在增热工作状态下,暖气片散热量可为原散热量的200%,既可节能又可增热;在住户户内无人的情况下,使用本实用新型,可节能80%。
    [0044]使用本实用新型无需对现有热力管网进行任何修改,不会对热网平衡造成任何影响;即使在最小散热量下也无需担心室内管网冻裂。
    [0045]以上公开的仅为本申请的几个具体实施例,但本申请并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化,都应落在本申请的保护范围内。
