    说明书
    [0001]技术领域
    [0002]本发明涉及型材切割领域,具体涉及一种适用于风管角钢法兰原料的套料方法、系统、设备及介质。
    [0003]背景技术
    [0004]角钢法兰是用角钢制成法兰,主要用于大风管及高压系统,风管角钢法兰根据风管或高压系统的尺寸不同具有不同的尺寸。在风管角钢法兰自动化生产线上对角钢进行加工主要包含进料、冲剪、整理、缓存、焊接、接料等流程,而在进行冲剪的时候,需要对角钢原材料进行切割,切割后会产生法兰待用物料、缓存物料和废料,其中,法兰待用物料是当前进行生产时需要进行焊接的已切割的角钢,缓存物料是其他型号的风管角钢法兰需要焊接的角钢以及当前生产需要焊接但还未来得及焊接的角钢,废料为角钢原材料进行切割后剩下不能再次加工的角钢余料。
    [0005]由于风管角钢法兰在进行生产时,风管角钢法兰的种类和数量不同,使得按照人工经验进行套料时对角钢原材料的使用率不高,造成角钢原材料的浪费且增加了成本,同时,如果在进行某一型号的风管角钢法兰生产时,如果在某一时间段一味地将角钢原材料切割成其他型号的风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度,会造成焊接流程在该时间段空闲,使得该风管角钢法兰的生产时间变长,因此,如何在尽量不拉长风管角钢法兰的生产时间的情况下提高角钢原材料的使用率,是亟需解决的问题。
    [0006]发明内容
    [0007]本发明提供一种适用于风管角钢法兰原料的套料方法、系统、设备及介质,以解决上述问题。

    [0048]附图说明
    [0049]为了更清楚地说明本发明示例性实施方式的技术方案,下面将对实施例中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,应当理解,以下附图仅示出了本发明的某些实施例,因此不应被看作是对范围的限定,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他相关的附图。在附图中:
    [0050]图1为本发明所述的一种适用于风管角钢法兰原料的套料方法的流程图;
    [0051]图2为步骤S3的流程图。
    [0052]具体实施方式
    [0053]为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
    [0054]实施例1的一种适用于风管角钢法兰原料的套料方法,包括:
    [0055]S1、建立各型号的长度尺寸和宽度尺寸的最佳下料模型,各型号的长度尺寸和宽度尺寸分别组成生产所需的风管角钢法兰。
    [0056]风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度的尺寸由角钢原材料切割而成,由于风管或高压系统的尺寸不同具有不同的尺寸,因此,对应的风管角钢法兰的长度尺寸和宽度尺寸也有不同,例如,风管角钢法兰一的长度x 1 =900mm,宽度y 1 =750mm,风管角钢法兰二的长度x 2 =800mm,宽度y 2 =600mm。
    [0057]所述最佳下料模型具体为:
    [0058]初始目标函数:
    [0059]其中,Q为材料利用率,F为切割后得到的余料长度,N为各型号的风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度种类的数量和,即如上述例子,N=4(x 1 、y 1 、x 2 、y 2 ),a ij 表示第j种下料方式产生的标号为i的零件的数量,a i 即为某一种生产方式产生的标号为i的零件的数量,l ij 表示第j种下料方式产生的标号为i的零件的长度,l i 即为某一种生产方式产生的标号为i的零件的长度,L表示角钢原材料的长度,ε j 表示第j种下料方式所需要的角钢原材料数量,即第j种下料方式的下料数量,S表示下料方式种类的数量;
    [0060]约束条件为:
    [0061]∑ i a i l i +(∑ i a i -1)ρ≤L(3);
    [0062]a i ≤n ′ i ,且a i 为不小于0的正整数,i∈[1,N](4);
    [0063]n ′ i 为标号为i的零件要求的生产数量,n i ′ ≤n i ,n i 为标号为i的零件的需求数量,即若标号为i的零件分成几次来生产,每次生产的数量即为n ′ i 。例如,n i =10,即标号为i的零件的需求数量,如果通过3次下料得到10个i零件,3次下料数量分别是3、4、3,那么,第一次下料的n i ′ =3,第二次下料的n ′ i =4,第三次下料的n ′ i =3,ρ为角钢原材料每个切割点产生的损耗,l i 表示标号为i的零件的长度。
    [0064]初始目标函数(1)表示角钢原材料利用率最高,由于 可以理解为所有零件的长度和,根据生产需求可以确认是一个定值,因此,初始目标函数(1)可以转换为求取 表示使用的原材料最少,L为定值,因此,初始目标函数(1)即转换为中间目标函数 表示下料数量最少,M为总下料数。
    [0065]S2、求解所述最佳下料模型得到若干下料方式集合H g ;
    [0066]求解所述最佳下料模型得到下料方式集合H g 的实质即为求解初始目标函数 具体步骤为:
    [0067]S2.1、初始化n ′ i ,使n ′ i =n i ,此时令序号S=1,S表示下料方式种类的数量;
    [0068]S2.2、求解初始目标函数 得到下料方式X,并记录为X S ,下料方式X的最大下料数为
    [0069]S2.3、令(n ′ i -a i η S )为新的n ′ i ,同时S加1得到新的S,a i η S 表示第S次下料方式产生的标号为i的零件的数量,n i ′ -a i η S 即为还需要生产的标号为i的零件的数量,即“(n i ′ -a i η S )为新的n ′ i ”的意思为:令“n ′ i -a i η S ”等于新的标号为i的零件要求的生产数量,判断对 i∈[1,N]是否都有n i ′ =0,即判断对 的标号为i的零件要求的生产数量全部生产完成,若是,则跳转至S2.4,否则返回S2.2;
    [0070]S2.4、将所有的下料方式形成下料方式集合 对应的 一种下料方式X对应一个种类的零件组合,该种类的零件组合至少一组,即X可以表示为(零件组合,数量),具体可以见表2;
    [0071]S2.5、重复S2.1-S2.4,找到所有的下料方式集合H g , 为循环S2.1-S2.4的次数,S2.1-S2.4的循环次数等于下料方式集合的总数量,g为下料方式集合的序号。
    [0072]在进行上述过程求解时,可以通过线性求解器进行求解,例如交互式线性和通用优化求解器,这里就不再赘述了。
    [0073]S3、基于角钢原材料下料数量、焊接时间、切割时间在若干所述下料方式集合H选择最优下料方式。
    [0074]具体为:
    [0075]S3.1、找到角钢原材料下料数量的最小值,并判断该角钢原材料下料数量最小值是否只有1个,若是,跳转至S3.2,否则,跳转至S3.3;
    [0076]S3.2、直接选择该角钢原材料下料数量最小值对应的下料方式集合,并按照预设的切割约束进行切割,切割完毕后跳转至S3.6;
    [0077]S3.3、找到下料方式种类的数量s的最小值,并判断下料方式种类的数量最小值是否只有一个,若是,则跳转至S3.4,否则,跳转至S3.5;
    [0078]S3.4、在若干角钢原材料下料数量最小值对应的下料方式集合中选择下料方式种类的数量s最少的下料方式集合,并按照预设的切割约束进行切割,切割完毕后跳转至S3.6;
    [0079]S3.5、选择当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度的零件尺寸在同一种下料方式中下料数量最大的下料方式集合,并按照预设的切割约束进行切割,切割完毕后跳转至S3.6;
    [0080]S3.6、结束。
    [0081]所述切割约束具体为:
    [0082]优先选择同在一种下料方式的当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度的尺寸的零件进行切割,如果没有这种情况,就继续下一步骤,如果有这种情况,在这种情况切割完成后再继续下一步骤;
    [0083]然后将当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度尺寸的零件所在的下料方式和当前生产的风管角钢法兰的宽度尺寸的零件所在的下料方式交替排序进行切割;
    [0084]最后切割除当前生产的风管角钢法兰以外的风管角钢法兰的长度尺寸和宽度尺寸的零件。
    [0085]由于冲剪机构对角钢进行切割的速度很快,所需时间比角钢焊接的时间短很多,因此,首次在进行切割时,对同在一种下料方式的当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度的尺寸进行切割,然后就进行焊接,在焊接的过程中,切割流程不停歇,多余的当前生产的风管角钢法兰零件可以放置在缓冲机构上,当焊接完毕后,(机械手)可以在缓冲机构上取料进行焊接,若对同在一种下料方式的当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度和宽度的尺寸的零件切割完毕后,再将当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度尺寸所在的下料方式和当前生产的风管角钢法兰的宽度尺寸所在的下料方式交替排序进行切割,这样可以保证每一次都有当前生产的风管角钢法兰的长度零件和宽度零件被生产出来,便于焊接。
    [0086]例如,上述风管法兰一x 1 =900,y 1 =750,风管法兰二x 2 =800,y 2 =550,角钢原材料长度L=2000,损耗ρ=10。
    [0087]如表1所示,通过计算得到的所有的下料方式的集合H具体为:
    [0088]表1
    [0089]在表1中, 为4,优先选取总下料数量最小的下料方式集合,下料数量最小为6,有两个,即选取下料数量为6的集合H 1 和H 3 ,然后再选取下料方式种类S最小的集合H 1 ,因此,最终选取下料方式集合H 1 为本发明的套料方法(下料方式种类S有5种,总共下料数量M为6,即用5种下料方式对6个角钢原材料进行下料)。
    [0090]求解结果如表2:
    [0091]表2
    [0092]“;”前(后)的组合表示由同一根角钢原材料进行切割得到的零件,下料数量即为使用的角钢原材料的数量,下料方式序号1、3、4、5均分别使用1根角钢原材料,下料方式序号2使用两根角钢原材料,下料方式序号2中每一根角钢原材料对应的下料得到的零件组合均为x 1 、y 1 。
    [0093]即通过下料方式1可以得到一组零件组合(x 1 、x 2 ),通过下料方式2可以得到两组零件组合(x 1 、y 1 ),依次类推。
    [0094]如果下料数量为6、下料方式种类的数量为5的集合有两个,如果当前生产的风管角钢法兰是风管角钢法兰一,那么就看两个集合中,“x 1 、y 1 ”组合的下料数量哪个更多,选择更多的那个集合作为本发明最终的切割方案,也就是最终的套料方案。
    [0095]实施例2公开了一种适用于风管角钢法兰原料的套料系统,用于实现前述的一种适用于风管角钢法兰原料的套料方法,包括:
