The development degree of the land market may directly influence the allocation and use efficiency of the land resources.Based on a discussion of the connotation of the "maturity degree of rural land market",this article constructs an evaluation indicator system,estimates the development degree of the rural land market in four zones of Chongqing and makes a comparative analysis of these zones.The research shows that on the whole the development of rural land market in Chongqing is at a medium stage,with striking difference among the 4 zones,which are in the order of the Metropolitan area > the 14 counties around it > Northeastern Chongqing > Southeastern Chongqing.The maturation degree of land market in the Metropolitan area is of the maturing type while that of the rest is of the developing type.It is concluded from the above result that the factors which influence the maturity of rural land market in different zones of Chongqing are the development level of the economy,the volume and proportion of agricultural labor,the education level of labor and the degree of land use.Finally,in order to promote the healthy development of rural land market in future practical work,the paper puts forward some strategies for the development of rural land market in different zones of Chongqing.

This paper analyzes the main factors which affect the water conservancy project quality and proposes the measures to improve the quality of water conservancy projects for people of the same field's reference.

Scale,space distribution and dynamic change of construction land are the important fields in which the government takes management in dynamic monitoring of land use.Based on the data of the change of land use in Chongqing from 1996 to 2007,using the indexes of dynamic degree of construction land and intensity of annual change,the article analyzed rules and causes of construction land through quantitative research in its spatial-temporal differentiation of the changing process.The results showed that,urban land,town land,independent industrial and mining land,transportation land and conservancy facilities land in construction land increased year by year after Chongqing was directly under the management of the nation from the temporal point of view.The area of urban land has increased fastest,while rural resident land reduced continuously.From the spatial point of view,the differentiations of construction land change were large in different regions,in which the area of construction land in "one circle" has increased fast and continuously,while the rate of grow fluctuated considerably in "two wings",about three quarters of construction land in counties were in the middle or high speed changing level.Spatial-temporal differentiation of construction land in Chongqing was related to the development of industrialization and urbanization,added to the construction of large-scale conservancy facilities and traffic main roads.It is predicted that the quantity of construction land in Chongqing would also increase continuously in the next few years.

In this paper,the Backlund transformation to the(2+1)-dimensions nonlinear dispersive long wave equation is derived by using the homogeneous balance method.And the exact solutions of 4 families are given by means of Backlund transformation,including multi-solitary solutions,the exponential function solutions,the hyperbolic function solutions and the triangular function solutions.

AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Comus officinalis Sieb. et Zucco METHODS: The con-stituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic methods as well as re-crystallization. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as p-hydroxycinnamic acid (1), kaempferol (2), quercetin (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (4), naringenin (5), 7-dehydrologanin (6), loganin (7), arjunglucoside Ⅱ (8),cornuside (9), ursolic acid (10), methyimalic acid (11), gallic acid (12), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 and 8 have been isolated from this herbal drug for the first time.
