从温度、光照、水分、土壤、肥料等方面对西瓜的生物学特性进行总结,将理论知识与实际生产相结合,制定出更科学的西瓜管理措施,以期更好地服务于农业生产,使西瓜种植水平更上一个台阶。
西安市长安区食用菌生产历史悠久,目前,食用菌栽培已成为长安区发展设施农业、引领农民致富的重要产业之一.该区以平菇、香菇和双孢蘑菇为主,生产季节主要集中在每年9月至翌年5月,6~9月份为断茬期,每年断茬时段食用菌价格常常可达集中上市期价格的2~3倍.
采用玻片浸渍法和叶片残毒法,选用大戟狼毒3种不同溶剂氯仿、甲醇和石油醚的提取物对朱砂叶螨的不同虫态进行生物活性测定.结果表明,大戟狼毒石油醚提取物对朱砂叶螨各虫态有很强的生物活性,而其它两种溶剂的提取物效果不明显,24 h成螨死亡率仅为15.61%和14.64%.石油醚提取物1 mg/ml对朱砂叶螨成螨24 h死亡率和校正死亡率分别为56.78%和53.73%,LC50达到了1.2442 mg/ml,而石油醚萃取物的LC50为0.673 6 mg/ml.石油醚提取物的杀卵效果最好,明显高于石油醚提取物和萃取物的杀成螨作用,LC50达到了0.170 9mg/ml.
Orchids are members of the Orchidaceae family,one of the largest families of flowering plants.Orchids have highly specialized morphological,structural and physiological characteristics,which makes them have the distinct advantages of studying floral development.The advances in the research on molecular biology of orchids floral development are reviewed in this paper.The limitation in the research was analyzed,the suggestion on the future research work was proposed and the further development on molecular biology of orchids was promising.
It is introduced some aspects of"Jinheinuo No.1",such as the breeding process and the characters of parent inbred lines,matching and selecting of the hybrids,the variety's main characteristics,the yield and the performances of fresh ears,the main points of seed production and the field culture techniques.
The bacteria and their phosphorolysis characteristics of two eutrophic ponds in Dongli District and Xiqing District were studied.The results show that the bacilli occupied dominant positions in water bodies and substrate sludge of the two eutrophic ponds.And the bacteria in two ponds couldn’t decompose inorganic phosphorus.In Xiqing District,the bacteria which could decompose organic phosphorus account for 80% of the total,while the same ones account for 46% in Dongli Distrcit.
