The effects on fiber structure, like fiber wall thickness, fiber longitudinal split and fiber length by using different refiner plate pat- tern and rotary speed in the primary stage were studied. The result indicated that changing the refiner plate pattern can control the resi- dence time of pulp and improve fiber structure. Higher refining inten- sity by raised speed or more aggressive plate pattern gave more col- lapsible fibers with longitudinal splits in the fiber wall but even shorter fibers. Increasing thermal softening would preserve fiber length and at the same time obtain a lot of thin-walled fibers with split fiber walls. Energy savings can be more efficient by using high intensity refiner plates.

The process of constructing free-form surfaces in Reverse Engineering and compares the untouched and touched measure methods was alysed in this paper. Aimed at the practical requirements, a new digitizing method that precision is controlled and measure process is automatic is adopted. Based on this, surface reconstruction is completed, and furthermore got the CAD model of the real part.
