分析了乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)喷涂用树脂的基础性能,研究通过破碎、分级得到目标粒径范围内满足喷涂用ETFE树脂粉末,在试制工件表面喷涂,并对喷涂样品测试评价.结果表明,ETFE树脂易破碎,可通过破碎工序得到小颗粒树脂,再通过分级工艺达到适合的粒径分布,大大提升了产品的利用率;MFR与熔点的差异对ETFE喷涂树脂的耐受性差异不明显,聚合工艺对其影响较大,其中溶剂相法制备的ETFE耐酸碱盐性能更佳.
This paper briefly introduces the development of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) technology and its application in the analysis of fluoropolymers. Practical examples of NMR quantitative analysis of fluoropolymer compositions, including polytetrafluoroethylene resin(PTFE), fusible polytetrafluoroethylene(PFA), polyperfluoroethylene propylene resin(FEP),ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE), binary fluororubber(FKM), ternary fluororubber(FKM), and perfluoroelastomer(FFKM), introducing this convenient, fast, and effective analysis to fluoropolymerpractitioners.

This paper is about a reaction between mixed liquid residue prepared by dry carbide slag and calcium hydroxide with fluoride waste water,after adding acid to control the pH value of waste water in the range of 6~9,the content of fluorinion in waste water will decrease substantially,after flocculation and sediment,the water quality could meet the requirement of level 1 national standard.
