Aim: To evaluate the reliability and effectiveness of Latin Square experimental design through biomechanical contract study. Methods: The Latin Square design were compared with others according to a concrete biomechanics experiment. Result: Because of the reasonable experiment design, three models would be needed. But in other designs, twelve models would must be needed. experiment saved the large quantity specimen and guaranteed the stability of term experiment. Conclusion: In experiment of spinal column biomechanics, the Latin Square design is a good choice.
