Objective To learn aboute the epidemiological investigation on the impact of different rehabilitation support as well as its popularizing level for making rehabilitative treatment plan and better the Community-based Rehabilitation.Methods Seven community health centers in Fuzhou city were chosen to make sample survey through the self-made questionnaire,which includes investigators in general condition,dysfunction of apoplexy cases,disability of CBR and CBR services.Results 1003 apoplexy cases in 7 community health centers were investigated,dysfunction of the performance of the top three were living in motor dysfunction,activities of daily living barriers,language barriers,of which only 420 patients have received CBR services,more than half of apoplexy cases are not entitled to rehabilitation services.Conclusion At present,the coverage of CBR services is still very limited and the awareness of rehabilitation need to be further popularized and promoted.
