This paper used orthogonal experimental design method to design orthogonal test model and ANSYS FEA software to analyze the orthogonal experimental model on static strength, fatigue, modal and buckling. It also applied Statistical Analysis Software to establish a tower structure optimization mathematical model, and utilized MATLAB optimization toolbox to analyze the model and obtain the result of tower structure optimization.
Using the orthogonal experimental design method to design orthogonal test model, then using ANSYS FEA software to analyze the orthogonal experimental model on static strength, fatigue, modal and buckling, and through the use of Range Analysis to analyze the tower structure factors on each test index effects. The mapping factors and index trend diagram show the tendency of changes about the test index vs. the factors directly and to indicate the direction for further testing.
