Objective To understand impact factors of social support and self-efficacy of medical students, and their relationship. Methods Using social support scale and college students' self-efficacy scale(GSES)to investigate medical college students from 3 Guangzhou medical university. Results ① Effective questionnaires were 932,Which was good use of social support was 494 people, accounted for 53.00%;the number that has higher self-efficacy was 436 people,it accounted for 46.78%.Both in mid-level ratio. Both the mean scores were lower than the norm.② There were significant differences in social support and self-efficacy among different categories of students,Girls, urban students, the students learned psychology received more social support(Gender t=-5.986,P<0.001;Student nationalities t=-2.176,P<0.05;Psychological knowledge t=5.488,P<0.001);Studied the psychological knowledge, years than living without learned psychological knowledge, young born got higher self-efficacy scores(psychological knowledge t=3.957,P=0.007;age t=-2.038,P<0.001).③Students' self-efficacy had a positive correlation with social support.(r=0.230,P=0.000).Conclusion ①Guangzhou medical students' social support and self-efficacy are at the middle level, and lower than the national norm;②Social support is related to gender, students nationalities, the psychological knowledge;Self-efficacy is related to psychological knowledge and age;③ Social support is positively correlated to self-efficacy.
Objective To explore the relationship among psychological stress, social support and self-efficacy of medical students in Guangzhou area. Methods A total of 932 medical students from 3 Guangzhou medical universities were measured with college students' psychological stress scale, social support scale and general self-efficacy scale(GSES).Results ① Psychological stress had significantly negative correlation with social support and self-efficacy(r=-0.177,-0.366;P<0.05),social support had a significantly positive correlation with self-efficacy(r=0.269,P<0.05);② Physical condition;interpersonal relationships, love, emotional, economic stressors could predict social support(t=2.735,-7.941,-3.014,1.948;P<0.05 or P<0.01);Academic pressure, parental expectations and ideal future factors could predict self-efficacy(t=-4.644,-4.098,2.135;P<0.05 or P<0.01).③ Social support played intermediary role in the relationship between interpersonal relationships, romantic relationships, parental expectation factor and self-efficacy(c '/ b=-0.389,-0.302,-0.390;P<0.01).Conclusion By improving medical students' level of social support and self-efficacy in order to reduce the psychological pressure, and promote mental health.
Objective:To study medical students' mental stress and related factors in Guangzhou. Methods:A cluster random sample of three medical university in Guangzhou 1,000 undergraduates for research.Results:① medical students mental pressure ratio of 51.29%,which,in medium, severe mental pressure ratio of 21.2%;in mental stress, the pressure in study and parents expect shares most;②different subgroups of students in mental pressure have significant differences:management,in longevity, high school students, girls, rural students, unmarried lovers, students free,non-learned knowledge of health psychology, child psychological pressure on students than non-clinical professional students, young students, students with low grades, male, urban life, never married lover students, child students, studied psychology, pressure of those students seems greater. Conclusion:Medical students of the sources of mental stress factors analysis showed differently.Different demographic variables of medical students emerged different degree differences. For varying degrees of mental pressure gauge differences,we should help those students separately.
DB1 gasfield is situated in the western part of Kelasu structural belt in Kuqa depression, the gas reserve in DB1 is more than 1 000×108 m3.The structural and geological conditions are very complicated, there are thick gravel areas and high mountains on the surface, evaporate salt bed developed underground. The structural styles are mainly fault-propagation folds above the salt layers and fault-bend folds under it.The research concludes that DB1 structure is complicated,in which the faults control hydrocarbon's accumulation and structural characteristics, not only influence the reservoir, but also connect to reservoir and source rock, and decide the condition of the reservoir preserved or destroyed.Above all,it is the key factor to study fault characteristics which could make us know DB1 gas field better.
The Southwest downwarping region is an important area for the exploration in the Tarim basin, the area of which is significantly big and has been explored for a long time. But there is still no breakthrough by far. What is about its exploration prospect? Are there any large oil and gas fields to be possibly found? So starting with the way of fuzzifying mathematics, the research tries to predict the future exploration of this wide area from a new perspective. It shows that we can allocate the feasible exploration areas along two belts:locating Kekeya oilfield around the mountain front fracture belts;locating the stratigraphic overlap hydrocarbon reservoir and the fault-block oilfield near one foreslope of the pericraton.
The Kelasu structural belt of the Kuqa Depression has favorable geologic conditions for hydrocarbon accumulation. Its structural development and evolution are controlled by regional thrust faults. It is characterized by apparent zonation from south to north, segmentation from east to west and vertical layering.Four structural zones from south to north and five segments from west to east were identified according to different regional faults and structural styles.Faults controlled structure development and their differences, while three factors, namely palaeotectonic setting, detachment layer, and intensity of compressive stress, exerted influence upon the charac- teristics of the faults, forming different pooling and preserving conditions. The belt is an ideal prospective area for gas exploration because of its well-developed reservoirs, relatively thick salt beds, and location far away from multi-stage activating faults.Dabei and Keshen areas are more practical targets for gas exploration.
By means of traditional thin sections and scanning electron microscope, the analysis result of Middle Triassic Lanmu limestone samples from Shangfa area in Baise Basin has shown that matrix of the paleokarst reservoir rock is characterized by low porosity and low permeability. Storage space of the rock commonly is late-reformed dissolved pores, caves and fractures. The paleokarst reservoir has suffered two periods of karstifications, weathering crust karstification and vadose karstificartion of fissure-cavity system, and three karst zones are classified in vertical. Structural fractures are common, among which unlocked and half-unlocked high-angle fractures are major and low-angle fractures are minor. The type of reservoir with Fractures and cavities is good for hydrocarbon accumulation, which is also the main pay. The one with fractures and pores is subordinate. The one with only pores is poor. It is included that the dominant geological factors controlling development of paleokarst spaces are: (1) fractures or tectonic movements; (2) the purity of rock itself; and (3) destruction of subsequent diagenesis.
