The paper analyzes the current status of medical imaging service in Beijing,introduces the construction targets of telemedicine in Beijing,designs regional PACS and long distance image management platform,which would assure the image quality and monitoring the radiation dosage.Pilot experiment is set up and innovative application is carried out.
