径向水平钻孔技术能够利用原井筒在地层不同深度、方向上,直接钻出多个辐射状径向孔眼,明显扩大施工井泄流面积,助力油气田增产增注.该技术以高压流体为钻孔动力,且涉及到打开地层,井喷现象具有较大威胁.本文简要介绍了径向水平钻孔技术原理、特点、应用等情况,着重对该技术现场施工井控措施进行了探讨,总结了各种井控工具及使用方法,为该技术的进一步研究和发展提供了借鉴.
根据隔热套管寄生管光纤测井工艺特点,在井位选择、钻完井、管柱设计、完井井口装置设计等方面进行优化改进研究,形成隔热套管寄生光纤测试钻完井技术,现场应用2口井,成功率100%,满足稠油热采光纤测试及隔热套管井评价的工艺要求。
Xinggu Block 7 is the main block of Xinglongtai buried hill reservoir in Liaohe Oilfield.It is determined to explore with the way of controlling with vertical well and overlaying between different layers,crisscrossing in segment,whole exploration and bottom injection in highly deviated wells & horizontal herringbone wells.The drilling and completion quality of horizontal well would directly influence the continual productivity in this block.This paper introduced the basic geology information of Xinggu Block 7 briefly,and analyzed the technical difficulties of drilling and completion in this block with an example of engineering design of horizontal well,then proposed the specific construction technique of drilling,finally gave emphasis on discussion of selective completion technique in horizontal well on the basis of liquid expandable packer.The successful application of selective completion technique not only solve the simplex completion method of horizontal well in Liaohe Oilfied,but also give references for exploring deep buried hill reservoir with horizontal well technique for other oilfields.
