A new method for the synthesis of 2-unsubstituted and 2-substituted 3-(N-arylcarbamoyl)-chromones by the reaction of 3-dimethylamino-1-(2-hydroxyaryl)prop-2-en-1-ones with arylisocyanates has been proposed.
Total Dissolved Solids (ion composition), concentrations of some trace elements and pH-values determination results of vein-fractured water samples from the open pit of the Tulukuevskoe U-Mo deposit in acid volcanic rocks of Transbaikalia are presented. Rest upon obtained data it is possible to assume that in the southern part of the open pit a flat-lying ore-bearing untapped structure exists. An inverse relationship between the content of hydrocarbonate ions in veinfractured waters and concentration of uranium is presented.
Spectral-kinetic and fluorescent properties of 16 new photosensitive compounds of the 2-furyl- and 2-thienyl-3-acylchromone classes, the initial nonluminescent forms of which undergo irreversible phototransformations into fluorescent products, are considered on the basis of their structure and properties responsible for the possibility of their application as photosensitive components of recording media for archive optical disks.
A method for the synthesis of monothiodibenzoylmethanes was developed. The method involves a reaction of potassium thioacetate with 1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylpropynone prepared from salicylaldehyde.
A synthesis of photosensitive 3-acyl-2-hetarylchromones containing bromomethyl group in the 3-aroyl fragment and their further modification by the reactions with N-, S- and O-nucleophiles are described. A dependence of spectral properties from the structure of compounds was studied.
Рассмотрены спектрально-кинетические и флуоресцентные свойства 16 новых светочувствительных соединений из классов 2-фурил- и 2-тиенил-3-ацилхромонов, испытывающих под действием УФ излучения необратимые фотопревращения нелюминесцирующих исходных соединений во флуоресцирующие фотопродукты, исходя из структуры соединений и свойств, обеспечивающих их применение в качестве светочувствительных компонентов регистрирующих сред для оптических дисков архивного типа.
A simple and general route to 3-cyanochromones containing various substituents on position 2 of the ring is developed. The method is based on condensation of 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-oxopropionitrile with acid chlorides or anhydrides in pyridine at room temperature.
Methods have been developed for the synthesis of new photosensitive compounds based on the reaction of N,S,O-nucleophiles with 3-acyl-2-(5-bromofur-2-yl)chromones and 3-acyl-2-(5-bromomethylfur-2-yl)chromones. The relationship between the spectral properties and the structure of compounds has been shown.
To enhance the lipophilicity of the NO-synthase inhibitor 2-amino-5,6-dihydro-4H-1,3-thiazine, its bridgehead analogue was suggested on the basis of molecular modeling; the synthetic routes to new 3-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives and the results of their biological testing are presented.
