The feed-water all volatile treatment(AVT) was applied in the generator unit 3 of Datang Sanmenxia Power Plant Co.Ltd.The generator operated less than two years,the scale quantity of water-wall tubes was close to the limiting values of China Chemical Cleaning Standard due to flow-accelerated corrosion(FAC).In order to improve it,the feed-water oxygenated treatment(OT) is currently used.The OT technology is introduced and its application results are analyzed in this paper.OT has several advantages over AVT,e.g,low deposition rate of boiler heating surface,long period of the chemical cleaning,long operation period of mixed bed,low auxiliary water ratio and chemical dosing quantity,etc.The economy and security for the unit operation is obviously improved.
This paper presents an assessment method to estimate annual coal consumption of supercritical 600MW unit.The main factors of influence on coal consumption indexes are the unit operation load factor,coal quality,etc.,and environmental and operating conditions can also have the impacts.For the coal consumption reduction,it is required to enhance the management of the operation and maintenance followed by technical research and improvement.
The electricity consumption of axial IDF and FGD booster fan in 300 MW units of a Henan power plant was huge. To gain the best energy-saving retrofit scheme, the necessary of retrofit was confirmed by analyzing the operation characteristics and operation optimization test. The IDF and FGD booster fan energy-saving estimate of some scheme was carried out by fan operation characteristics test. By analyzing technical economic, difficulty and reliability, frequency conversion retrofit for IDF was fixed to be the best scheme. FGD booster fan was suggested not to retrofit. This scheme has finer energy-saving effect, and the difference between the estimate value and real value of energy-saving is very small. The energy saving estimate, based on operation characteristic test, is quite accurate and can avoid some unfavorable situations possibly occurred in frequency conversion retrofit.
对三门峡华阳发电有限责任公司一级除盐设备周期制水量降低、再生频繁且再生酸碱耗升高现象进行了全面分析,找出了引起上述现象的根本原因,并采取措施进行处理,取得了较好的效果.
分析燃煤电厂烟气中SO2、CO2的吸收过程,分别计算出烟气中SO2质量浓度为500 mg/L、1 000 mg/L、1500 mg/L,CO2质量比为12%、14%、16%时吸收液中[SO2]、[CO2]平衡质量浓度、pH值及成份分布状态,并分析SO2、CO2同时吸收时的机理,计算了两者共存时的pH值。最后针对一个具体电厂的运行情况,计算出达到防垢目的时所需处理的烟气量与冲灰补充水量。
对中压抗燃油酸值升高的原因进行了分析,并介绍了用吸附剂处理高酸值油的过程,提出了一些建议。
