以成都工业职业技术学院机械制造专业群为研究对象,通过分析研究目前国内双高专业群规划背景下的教师队伍建设情况,提出在双高规划建设下机械制造专业群教师队伍建设的新要求及采取的新措施.通过对现有专任教师类型进行类别细分,为教师定标等措施进行教师队伍建设改革探索,以期能达到进一步提升教师职业素养和实践能力,从而提高人才培养质量.因此,该研究工作具有一定的实践推广价值.
Bogie plays an important role in safety performance and dynamic performance of locomotive running,which is an important part of Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock.But the outside-frame bogie of traditional did not have potential in the direction of quality lightweight.The object of the thesis is to design the frame of 160km/h inside-frame bogie and analysis the strength of the frame.The calculation results showed that the length of axle become short,the distance of beam in two sides and the whole size of frame become short,that to reduce Spring room mass and unsprung mass,the mass is less than outside-frame bogie of traditional.At the same time reducing the interaction force and wear between the wheels and rails,improving the running performance.

In the circumstances,the finite element analysis of the connecting rod was selected as research contents in this paper.The UG and ANSYS software were used as the entity model establishment and analytical platform.Do the analysis to mechanical stress that the connecting rod has.To deal with the boundary condition,two kinds of methods are adopted to simplify it.One is exerting equivalent pressure to imitate the interference fit and exerting function loaded boundary condition to imitate the affect between the bearing bush and the spindle.The other is using contact element and contact boundary condition to imitate them.Using the two boundary conditions to do the strength analysis separately,then the two computations should be compared to get the conclusion.
