PRO/E is adopted to design the mold abroadly.Design the mold of die-casting based on PRO/E,the design includes gating system、water cooling pipes、insert blocks、core-pulling mechanism.Through comparing every technogy projects in order to choose the best parameters,and using PRO/E to assemble the parts,inspect the interference.Due to the using of PRO/E,the design efficiency of the die-casitng mold and the cost of the design has been improved and lowered.
Here and there thicknesses of the continuous variable cross sectional plate are different,the resilience characteristics after stamping forming exist big differences with that of the equi-thickness plate.How to minimize the resilience and letting the everywhere resiliencies tend to balance became an important problem in the application of continuous variable cross sectional plate.Utilizing the large general purposed finite element software ANSYS and its parameterized designing language APDL to establish the variable cross sectioned finite element model by means of programming.By the use of ANSYS/LS-DAYNA the numerical simulation has been carried out on the resiliencies of the continuous variable cross sectioned beam and that of the after unloaded stamped equi-thickness plate.The analysis of simulation result showed that a big difference was made between the resilience law of variable cross sectioned plate and that of the equi-thickness plate.Finally,by employing the block blank holder technologies to make the amount of rebound tend to balance and at the same time made a descent of the entire amount of rebound.
Aiming at the flanging process of the cover plates of auto rear wheel,this paser first analyzed the flanging process then pointed out that the substance of its defect is the absolute values of tangentialstrain of flanged edges exceeds the forming limit.With the optimization objective of minimum the the absolute values of tangentialstrain,three parameters,which have great influence on the formability of flanging process,Blank Holder Force,Friction Lubrication Condition and Model Clearance are optimized by Orthogonal design,and then tests are carried out by FEA software Dynaform to obtained the optimized process scheme;lastly,flanging experiment is conducted to verify the optimized process scheme.The results shows that numerical simulation test is reliable and the optimized process scheme can avoid the defects of flanging process.
In order to study the effect of residual stress on the laser shock forming metal sheet, a high power Nd:glass laser was used to form the metal-sheet and then the residual stress distribution on the surface of metal sheet was tested by means of Xray diffraction method. It was found that there was large residual compress stress on the concave surface of metal-sheet, but low residual tensile stress on the fringe of convex surface. The residual stress increased with the increase of laser energy. When the laser energy came to a certain value, the residual compress stress reached its maximization. On the shock surface, the residual compress stress of shock point was maximal, the other compress stress decreased in a nonlinear way along the shock point and ultimately to zero. For laser shocking different aperture of mold with a laser beam in 8mm diameter, 30J energy, there was a threshold for the aperture of the mould. The residual stress increased with the increase of aperture when the aperture was smaller than the threshold. However, it decreased with the increase of aperture when the aperture was larger than the threshold. The threshold aperture was about 20mm. The results are very important for study of the distribution and control of residual compress stress, play an important theoretical and engineering role in studying the material fatigue, stress corrosion resistance and capability of the surface.
Design the die-casting mold of automobile shell based on Pro/E,including parting surface ,gating sysytem,overflowsystem.I mportingthe CAD model into ProCAST,and choosingthe correct initial and boundary conditions . The thermophysical parameters of material should be define ,at last the process of gatingis realized,fromthis simulation, we canjudge the reasonble of the CAD model . There are some shrikage because of the uneven of solidfication in some place , through the pipes of cooling water are machined in mold,the shrikage are disappear to a great extent .Combiningthe CADand CAEtechnics cani mprove the quanity of cast ,but also decrease the cycle of products .
