Three new copper(II) and cadmium(II) complexes, [Cu(L-1)(2)] (1), [CuL2(N-3)] (2), and [Cd(L-3)(2)] (3), where L-1 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-cyclohexylaminomethylphenolate, L-2 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-morpholin-4-ylethylimino)methyl]phenolate, and L-3 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(3-morpholin-4-ylpropylimino)methyl]phenolate, have been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The Cu atom in complex 1 is in tetrahedrally distorted square planar geometry. The Cu atom in complex 2 is in square planar geometry. The Cd atom in complex 3 is in octahedral geometry. The complexes exhibited effective activities against B. subtilis, S. aureus, and E. coli.
近年来,每年都有学校积极申报成立化妆品专业,它是适应社会发展需求的新专业。在工程认证的大背景下,化妆品的专业培养体系需要主动转向应用型工科专业。作为传统化妆品方向的专业更应如此。如何既能保证工程认证的前提,又能不失化妆品方向的研究特色,使学生毕业后尽快融入到专业行业中去,是我们专业课程建设的重大问题。通过郑州轻工业大学材料与化学工程学院化学工程与工艺专业建设过程中遇到的问题和解决方案,以期提供了一种新形势下的专业学科建设思路。
羟乙基脲是一种人工合成保湿剂,其因高保湿性、高配伍性和良好的肤感而被广泛应用于化妆品配方中。以尿素和乙醇胺为原料,考察反应温度、反应时间及投料比对羟乙基脲收率的影响,得出最佳工艺条件:反应温度为120℃,尿素与乙醇胺的投料比1∶1,反应5h,甲醇重结晶,以99.2%收率得到高纯度羟乙基脲。探讨不同含量羟乙基脲在保湿喷雾制剂中应用,其最佳添加量为5%,使用120min后皮肤含水量仍高出使用前约60%。
Pathogenic microorganisms spread in every public place, often through human hand contact, thereby endangering health. However, frequent use of disinfecting products to inhibit these microorganisms can cause skin irritation and discomfort. Hand creams that slow the spread of microorganisms are becoming increasingly relevant and necessary for epidemic prevention and control. This article selects a basic formula and adds plant bacteriostatic ingredients to form a hand cream. The minimum inhibitory concentration and bacteriostatic zone tests were used to assess bacteriostatic performance. The mixture of Citrus reticulata peel extract and Lithospermum erythrorhizon extract with a weight ratio of 2:1 exhibited a potent bacteriostatic effect. It was applied to hand cream, compared with commercial products in bacteriostatic tests, and passed the field test. The viscosity, pH, thermal stability, and other physical and chemical properties were tested in addition to a sensory evaluation, skin moisture content test, and transdermal moisture loss test. Using these measures, a hand cream that can effectively slow the spread of microorganisms was obtained.
致病微生物通过与人手接触传播到公共场所的每个地方,危害健康。频繁地使用消毒产品抑制病菌,会对皮肤造成一定的刺激和不适。因此研究能够减缓微生物传播的护手霜,对于疫情防控是重要和必要的。选定一个基础配方,加入植物抑菌成分制备一款护手霜。通过最小抑菌浓度试验(MIC)、抑菌圈试验进行抑菌性能测试,发现质量比2:1的柑橘果皮提取物与紫草提取物复配具有很好的抑菌效果。将其应用于护手霜,与市售产品进行抑菌测试,通过了现场测试。通过黏度、pH、冷热稳定等理化性质和稳定性测试以及感官评价、皮肤含水量测试和经皮水分流失测试等护肤功效评价。最终得到一款能够有效减缓病菌传播的合格护手霜。

Three new copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes, [Cu3L2(mu(2)-NO3)(2)(mu(1,1)-N-3)(2)] (1), [Cu2L2(mu(1,1)-N-3)(2)](n) (2) and [Ni3L2(MeOH)(2)(mu(2)-eta(1):eta(1)-CH3COO)(2)(mu(2)-eta(2):eta(0)-CH3COO)(2)] (3), where L = 5-bromo-2-((3-methylaminopropylimino)methyl)phenolate, have been synthesized and characterized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis spectra, molar conductivity, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-Ray analysis indicates that the Cu ions in 1 are in square pyramidal and octahedral coordination, and the Cu ions in 2 and the Ni ions in 3 are in octahedral coordination. The molecules of the complexes are linked through hydrogen bonds and pi center dot center dot center dot pi interactions. The complexes were assayed for antibacterial activities against three Gram-positive bacterial strains (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus faecalis) and three Gram-negative bacterial strains (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter cloacae) by the MTT method.
New phenolate and azide bridged tetranuclear zinc(II) complex [Zn 4 Br 2 L 2 (μ 1,1 -N 3 ) 2 ] ( 1 ) and new mononuclear copper(II) complex [CuL] ( 2 ), where L is the dianionic form of N , N ′-bis(5-methylsalicylidene)-1,3-propanediamine (H 2 L), are synthesized and characterized. The complexes are characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis spectra, molar conductivity, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray analysis indicates that the Zn atoms in complex 1 are in tetrahedral and square pyramidal coordinations, and the Cu atom in complex 2 is in a tetrahedral distorted square planar coordination. In the crystal structures of the complexes, molecules are stacked through π⋯π interactions. The complexes are assayed for antibacterial activities against three gram-positive bacterial strains ( E. cloacae , E. cloacae , and St. faecalis ) and three gram-negative bacterial strains ( St. faecalis , P. aeruginosa , and E. cloacae ) by the MTT method.
Two new tetranuclear zinc(II) complexes, [Zn4(L1)2(μ2-η1:η1-CH3COO)4(μ1,1-N3)2] (1) and [Zn4(L2)4(CH3CH2OH) (H2O)] (2), where L1 and L2 are the deprotonated forms of 4-fluoro-2-((pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)methyl)phenol (HL1) and 4-fluoro-2-((2-(hydroxymethyl)phenylimino)methyl)phenol (H2L2), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-vis spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray crystal structural study indicated that the distances between the adjacent Zn atoms are 3.160(1)–3.353(1) Å in 1 and 3.005(1)–3.168(1) Å in 2. All zinc atoms in 1 are pentacoordinated in trigonal bipyramidal geometry, and those in 2 are in square pyramidal and octahedral geometry. The complexes and the Schiff bases were assayed for antibacterial activities against three Gram-positive bacterial strains (B. subtilis, S. aureus, and St. faecalis) and three Gram-negative bacterial strains (E. coli, P. aeruginosa, and E. cloacae) by MTT method.
Isobenzopyrylium ions are highly reactive intermediates which have wide applications in synthetic chemistry.A range of catalytic reactions based on isobenzopyrylium, such as 1,2-nucleophilic addition, [4+2] and [3+2] cycloaddition provide a powerful protocol for constructing complex natural and unnatural products.Their asymmetric variations have been less explored, possibly owing to the lack of coordination sites within their planar structures.This mini-review summarizes the asymmetric transformations developed involving isobenzopyrylium ion intermediates.These works are arranged according to the reaction types.The catalytic systems and reaction mechanisms are described.
Two new polynuclear zinc complexes [Zn2Br2(L1)2] (1) and [Zn(μ1,5-dca)L2]n (2), and two new mononuclear cobalt(III) complexes [CoL1N3(Brsal)] (3) and [CoL2(HL2)] (4), where L1 = 5-bromo-2-(((2-dimethylamino)ethyl)imino)methyl)phenolate, L2 = 5-bromo-2-(((2-hydroxyethyl)imino)methyl)phenolate, dca = dicyanoamide, Brsal = 5-bromo-2-formylphenolate, have been synthesized and characterized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV-Vis spectra, molar conductivity, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray analysis indicates that the Zn atoms in complex 1 are in distorted square pyramidal coordination, the Zn atoms in complex 2 are in distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination, and the Co atoms in complexes 3 and 4 are in octahedral coordination. The molecules of the complexes are stacked through π···π interactions and hydrogen bonds. The complexes were assayed for antibacterial activities against three Gram-positive bacterial strains (B. subtilis, S. aureus, and St. faecalis) and three Gram-negative bacterial strains (E. coli, P. aeruginosa, and E. cloacae) by MTT method.
Owing to the important physiological and pharmacological activities of benzofuran compounds, the exploration for efficient synthesis methods is of great value and wide application.Aurone-derived azadienes have been identified to be effective reactants in the field of organic synthesis owing to the driving force of aromatization.A large number of reactions based on 1,4-conjugate addition and tandem cyclization have been reported, which exhibited great advantages in the construction of heterocycles with benzofuran skeletons.In this paper, the recent progress in the chemical transformations of aurone-derived azadienens is reviewed, with emphasis on the employed catalytic system and the plausible mechanism of some reactions.
以2,4-二羟基苯甲醛、3,5-二甲氧基溴苄为原料,经过苄基化反应、Arbuzov反应、Wittig-Horner反应、催化加氢等过程合成了新型美白剂4-(3,5-二甲氧基苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚,并通过1 H-NMR、13C-NMR与IR确定其化学结构,应用DPPH自由基清除实验、酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验评价其生物活性.结果表明:DPPH自由基半清除浓度IC50=0.011 mmol/L,明显低于苯乙基间苯二酚(IC50=0.084 mmol/L)、α-熊果苷(IC50=0.195 mmol/L)和光甘草定(IC50=0.385 mmol/L);以L-酪氨酸为底物时,对酪氨酸酶单酚酶的半抑制浓度IC50=0.00137 mmol/L明显低于苯乙基间苯二酚(IC50=0.00582 mmol/L)、α-熊果苷(IC50=3.94 mmol/L)和光甘草定(IC50=0.0051 mmol/L);以L-多巴为底物时,对酪氨酸酶二酚酶的半抑制浓度IC50=0.0322 mmol/L,低于苯乙基间苯二酚(IC50=0.0575 mmol/L),但高于光甘草定(IC50=0.0076 mmol/L),α-熊果苷对酪氨酸酶二酚酶的半抑制浓度为负值,表现为激活作用.两组数据表明新型美白剂4-(3,5-二甲氧基苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚对酪氨酸酶具有较高的抑制活性.
针对"从茶叶中提取咖啡因"实验耗时长、搭建仪器难度大和无法观察升华过程等问题,对实验装置进行了改进与优化设计.本着安全、高效、可视化原则,设计出多单元操作于一体的集成化实验装置,使升华实验操作简化、安全高效,学生可亲眼目睹或用手机记录咖啡因分子的慢慢聚集与晶体长大过程,由此增加了实验趣味性,激发了学生学习有机化学的主观能动性.
羧酸酯酶是丝氨酸酯酶大家族的一员,它们主要是对脂类物质起水解作用,其活性直接与许多的疾病相关,人体中主要存在人羧酸酯酶1和人羧酸酯酶2.因此,在检测酶活性方面受到了广大研究者的青睐.传统的检测方法过程繁琐,费时费力,设备昂贵,检测不出酶的活性.近年来荧光探针技术成为测量生物样本中人羧酸酯酶1、人羧酸酯酶2真实活性的实用、敏感、高选择性、高精确度的检测方法.本文主要针对近年来用于检测酶活性的荧光探针进行总结.
将阴离子表面活性剂月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(AES)分别与大分子阳离子瓜儿胶(C-14S)、阳离子聚季铵盐-10(LR400)和聚季铵盐-7(M550)进行复配,通过絮凝实验确定AES用量和阳离子种类及用量;分别对硅油乳液E6518,E6550和两者复配产物进行硅油梳理性测试,筛选硅油乳液的种类及用量.结果表明:洗发水的最佳配方为AES(17.14%,质量分数,下同),C-14S(0.2%),LR400(0.2%),硅油乳液E6518(1.5%),硅油乳液E6550(0.5%),椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱CAB(5%),卡波SF-1 (3%),防腐剂适量和去离子水(加至100%).该洗发水性能稳定,洗发后头发光滑、柔顺、易梳理,回弹力增加,可有效解决烫染发后头发枯燥、发叉等问题.
