Objective This paper aimed to grasp the performance of ECG monitor and provide suggestions for clinical application through the quality control testing and testing result analysis. Methods 336 multiple parameter ECG monitors were tested using the ECG monitor quality control equipment for two consecutive years. ECG, breath, blood pressure and electric safety were included in the test parameters. Results The two-year results showed that the overall qualified rate difference was evident, failure rate of quality control testing parameters were biased, and the qualification rate of products from different brands was different. Conclusion The comparison of each index of ECG monitor for two consecutive years reflects the importance of quality control work in medical equipment safety management.
Objective To explore a simple procedure for the set-up of the chest radiograph acceptable to the subject.Methods A total of 500 patients went through traditional examination,and other 500 ones through the improved procedure,then the quality of the films obtained was evaluated by the standards if bilateral scapulars completely screwed out of the lung field,bilateral sternoclavicular joints were symmetric,or bilateral clavicles were parallel and symmetric.Results There were 322 cases(64.4%) with bilateral scapulars completely screwing out of the lung field by the traditional procedure,while 388 cases(79.6%) by the improved procedure.There were 5 cases with bilateral sternoclavicular joints being symmetric by the traditional procedure,while 3 ones by the improved procedure.There were 27 cases(5.4%) with bilateral clavicles being parallel and symmetric by the traditional procedure,while 13 ones(2.6%) by the improved procedure.Conclusion The improved procedure for the set-up of the chest radiograph is gifted with a better film quality than that by the traditional one,which is simple and acceptable to the subject.
Objective To discuss a method in order to reduce exposure,improve the X-ray image quality,reduce machine depletion,and extend the service life of the machine.Methods 500 pieces of radiographs were shot using automatic exposure control mode.The exposure of chest films with the same body thick was found out,using 50% of which,500 pieces of radiographs were shot using manual exposure control mode for the comparison.Results The exposure less than or equal to that of the automatic exposure control mode was feasible for the chest film shooting.Conclusion There is no obvious difference in the image quality of chest radiographs shot by the two control modes.Manual exposure control mode in contrast,is better than automatic exposure control mode in increasing the contrast and reducing exercise-induced fuzzy of the radiograph,which can improve the image quality of the chest film.In this way,X-ray irradiation of clients can be reduced greatly,machine depletion can be reduced,and also the use efficiency of DR can be improved.
由于长期以来医用X线增感屏与X线胶片组合拍片仍然广泛的应用于临床诊断,但增感屏与国产X光胶片组合后,作者报道[1,2]在温度20.5℃,相对湿度75%以上的高温高湿季节屏片在暗盒装片10 min后拍片,就发现屏片发生粘连,影响X线照片诊断,造成患者接受不必要的重照现象同时增加了对患者的辐射危害.
