Through theoretical calculation of sintering waste heat generation system under different working conditions,the waste gas parameters and thermal parameters were selected optimally.Some efficient operation experiences were also mastered by the production practice.Related work can provide scientific basis for optimal design and operation of other projects.
As the development of hospital information technology and regional cooperative medical service,a uniform,effective and synthesized regional medical information service platform has been constructed based on the integrated model and VPN technology,and with which the local net has reached the medical institutions directly in grass-roots army.With this information platform,the share data,health prevention and care,two-way referral,and long-distance health service can be realized for various clinic transaction systems,and the functions of treatment with card can be integrated.As a result,the problems of hard medical condition and low technical level in grass-roots army have been relieved effectively.
针对利用匹配滤波器设计相关接收机可以实现二元确知信号检测,但对多元确知信号,该方法的门限值的选择与判决变得复杂的情况,将对偶传播网络(CPN)作为一种竞争型神经网络,通过对期望输出编码,实现多元确知信号的检测,较好地解决了门限值的选择与判决复杂的问题.由于CPN采用内星权和外星权的网络结构,仿真中采用信号的期望和方差作为神经网络的输入,收敛速率比采用采样点作为网络输入要快.仿真结果证实了该方法的有效性.
Welch method has better performance and is widely used in the classic spectral estimation.Through studying the factors how to affect Fourier transform of finite-length sequen ̄ce,the factors that influence the performance of spectral estimation using Welch method is analyz ̄ed in this paper,and its general principles of parameter selection can be obtained,which will provide a theoretical basis for parameter selection in practice.These factors include the length of discrete Fourier transform,window function and its length.Results of the simulation signal and the actual speech signal show that the more satisfactory spectral estimation can be obtained from the Welch method according to the parameter selection method proposed in this paper.
An experimental apparatus of the gas-liquid-solid exterior circulating fluidized bed heat exchanger, which made use of uneven-pores distributor as the three-phase distribution device, was established. The effects of pores rate and fixed heights of distributor, operating parameters on pressure drop of the whole bed were studied. Experimental result shows that the pores rate and fixed height of distributor, liquid flux, average solid holdup, particle size distribution all have effect on the whole pressure drop, and obtain the parameter of the distributor which has better distributing effect under lower pressure drop at the condition of stable operation, so as to direct the engineering application.
Objective To improve work efficiency and lower management cost. Methods Based on experiences from the 95th hospital in six years, PACS application benefits were analysed from such seven aspects as digital film management,economic benefit, efficiency and quality of diagnosis, evidence support for solving medical dispute,simplified treatment procedures, social effect, and remote disgnosis. Results Better economic benefits and social effect were obtained. Conclusion It is proved by practice that construction of PACS in small midium-sized hospitals is necessary and feasible.
A new method was proposed for traffic incidents detection based on Boosting RBF neural network.The improved Boosting adopted a new method to acquire parameters,and the weighted parameters of weak classifiers were determined not only by the error rates,but also by their abilities to recognize the positive samples.The features of flow and occupancy rate were extracted from traffic incidents.Then RBF neural network was used to classify the traffic incidents.In order to improve the precision of the RBF neural network for traffic incidents detection,Boosting algorithm was used to build an integration-neural network.Finally a simulation using Matlab was carried out,and the results show that this algorithm can detect incidents rapidly by using a few samples.
