According to the characteristics of 6-SPS parallel machine tool(PMT),a control system of PMT was developed.It is a single system based on the combination of industrial PC and servo system.It applies isochronous subdivision arithmetic to assign pulse of 6-SPS stepper motors and seeds out signals to drive stepper motors through LPT1 and LPT2 of PC.
MECHANISM/Pro interface of Pro/E was used to transform crank-link system model created by Pro/E to file type that can be opened by ADAMS.Different rigid body systems were joined by restrictions to form a multi rigid body model.The modeling of crank-link system virtual prototype offered precise basis to kinematics and dynamics analysis.
This paper designed hardware configuration of test platform of digital agriculture.Hardware configuration is composed of four subsystems: industrial PC subsystem,kinematics control subsystem,vision subsystem,wireless communication subsystem.Industrial PC subsystem is composed of AWS-8248VTP IPC.Kinematics control subsystem is composed of DSP motion control chip TMS320LF2407A,stepper motor and actuator.Vision subsystem is composed of camera.Wireless communication subsystem is composed of wireless network adapter Hi-Link UW210g.This platform provides an ideal test platform for digital agriculture.
This Paper treats the crank mechanism of diesel engine S195 as prototype.By means of Pro/ E,tasks such as 3D modeling,virtual assembly and virtual prototype are executed.All these work provide a foundation for dynamic simulation using ADAMS and finite element analyses using ANSYS.
Virtual CNC simulation and monitoring system is realized in computer environment.The operator is immersed in a virtual machining simulation environment generated by computer entirely.The operator can not obtain real vision information of machining synchronously.The augmented reality-based CNC simulation and monitoring system realized virtual CNC machining in real machining environment applying augmented reality technology.The advantages of virtual CNC machining system and real CNC machining system are compatible in this system.Basic concept of augmented reality is introduced in this paper.This paper proposes an augmented reality-based CNC simulation and monitoring system aims at insufficiency of virtual CNC system and builds the framework of system.
