[Objective]To establish the control index of intrinsic quality,and improve the drug quality standard.[Methods]The content of eugenol was determined by gas chromatography method.[Results]The content of eugenol showed good linear relationship in the range of 50-500 μg,the regression equation was Y=1 215.3 X-42.233,R=1.000,the average recovery ratio was 99.23%,RSD was 0.53%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,sensible and accurate,and the study has lay the foundation of further improving the drug quality standard.

Objective:Build an internal quality control guideline to improve medicine quality standard.Method:Apply gas chromatography method to get eugee content determination.Result:Between 40ng~400ng,eugee shows a linear relation,regression equation is Y=1387.6X-2812.2 R=0.9995,average recovery is 99.78%,RSD is 0.62%.Conclusion:The method is easy to apply and with accuracy and sensitivity,which can be applied in internal quality control of Safflower Removing Liver-fire Pill of Thirteen Ingredients.
