随着电子商务的发展,在线评论已成为企业分析其产品竞争力的重要数据资源.通过评论文本提取消费者最关注的产品特征维度,采用情感词典法对评论文本进行情感分析得到特征-情感分数对.计算特征维度的重要度和满意度以确定特征维度的机会得分,并绘制机会景观图,分析目标产品自身的竞争力.依据特征维度的满意度,比较目标产品与其竞争产品的竞争优劣势.基于两种视角下的竞争力分析结果给出目标产品竞争力提升策略,使用Zol.com.cn网站提供的在线评论进行实验,结果表明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.
Aiming at the situation that mobile phone product and telecommunication service suite are sold in bundles with different discount,a selection method of sales scheme was proposed. Based on market survey and segmentation,the expected monthly payment and customer lifetime value were firstly calculated with respect to each bundling sales plan in the schemes.The customer utility of each bundling sales plan was then calculated,and the choice probability of the customers with respect to each bundling sales plan was obtained by using the multinomial Logit model,with the expected profit of each sales scheme calculated.The sales scheme with the highest expected profit was selected as the final sales scheme.A numerical example was given to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the as-proposed method.
针对突发事件发展演变存在多种可能情景且实施不同应急方案时各情景发生概率不同的应急响应风险决策问题,基于后悔理论的思想,提出了一种考虑后悔规避的突发事件应急响应的风险决策方法.在该方法中,首先分别针对突发事件造成的损失以及方案实施成本计算应急方案的效用值;然后,分别针对突发事件造成的损失和方案实施成本,计算各应急方案的后悔值,进而得到分别针对损失指标和方案实施成本的决策者对应急方案的感知效用;进一步地,将针对损失指标和方案实施成本的感知效用进行综合集成,得到应急方案的综合感知效用,并依据综合感知效用的大小确定应急方案排序.最后,通过一个算例分析说明了该方法的可行性与有效性.
To solve the kind of emergency response problems lacking of emergency plan, a method of generating emergency alternative based on similarity case analysis with considering the implementation effects of emergency alternatives belonging to similar cases is developed. Firstly, the similarities between target case and historical case are calculated. Then, the valid similar case set is built by setting similarity threshold beforehand and case screening. Furthermore, the comprehensive evaluation values of each alternative implementation effect which belongs to valid similar historical case are calculated, respectively. On the basis of the above, the emergency alternative can be generated according to extracting the emergency alternative of valid similar historical case which is corresponding to the maximum comprehensive evaluation value. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
In this paper,model for the assignment of emergency rescue workers and the solution method to the model are proposed.Firstly,considering the degree of time satisfaction for emergency rescue and the degree of workers’ qualification for different rescue task,an assignment model is built to maximize the degree of time satisfaction and to maximize the result of emergency rescue.Then,the solution method of the model is given according to the characteristics of the optimization model.Finally,a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed model.
Electronic brokerages (E-brokerages) are Internet-based organizations that enable buyers and sellers to do business with each other. While E-brokerage has become a significant sector of E-commerce, theory and guidelines for matching the multi-attribute exchange in E-brokerage are sparse. This paper proposes a matching approach to optimize the trade matching in one-shot multi-attribute exchanges with incomplete weight information. Firstly, the new definition of matching degree from both buyers' and sellers' points of view in multi-attribute exchanges is presented. Secondly, based on the definition of matching degree and the representation of incomplete weight information, a bi-objective optimization model is built to maximize the matching degree and trading volume. Then, according to the characteristics of the model which belongs to a class of multi-objective mixed 0-1 integer quadratic programming models, the ideal point method is used to solve it. Finally, an example is employed to illustrate the application of the proposed matching approach.
