Ten novel benzotriazinone-3-anime derivatives were designed and synthesized,and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectra.The preliminary bioassay results showed that the title compounds possessed insecticidal activity.At the concentration of 500 mg / L,compands 4c,4d and 7c showed more than 80% insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata;at 500 mg / L,compand 7d showed more than 80 % insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae and more than 70% insecticidal activity against Tetranchus urticae.
8 Novel N-biaryl amides were synthesized by the Suzuki coupling and condensation reaction,and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and GC-MS.The preliminary fungicidal activities results showed that the compounds had some certain fungicidal activities,for example,the compound 9f and 9g had more than 80% efficacy against Erysiphe graminis at 500 mg / L;the compound 9h had more than 70% inhibitory activities against Sclerotonia sclerotiorum at 25 mg / L.
Eight novel dichloroallyl ether derivatives containing pyrimidines were designed and synthesized.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and LC-MS,and their biological activities were evaluated.The relationship between the structures and the biological activity was discussed.The preliminary bioassay results showed that the title compounds had good insecticidal activity.Compounds 6a,6b,6c,6d and 6e in Potter spray method exhibited 100% control against mythimna separata at 100 mg/L.Compounds 6a and 6c used in the plants by insect method showed more than 90% control against nephotettix cincticeps at 500 mg/L.
