Friction and wear tests and some swinging experiments were done to compare the friction and wear behavior of some materials used as the bottom pintles materials under both water-lubricated and grease-lubricated conditions. The wear mechanisms were discussed, some mechanical tests were done, and the material with better tribological properties was selected for the future Bench testing. The results show that a new material FZ5 (3) has good friction and wear behavior in friction and wear tests, and has the best tribological properties in the swinging experiments. Its good mechanical properties are proved by the mechanical tests such as rigidity tests, strength and ductility tests.
By using software ANSYS this paper calculates the contact stress and strain distribution within the mushroom head and the cap uniformly loaded in the bottom hinge of the ship gate. The effect of loaded area, friction coefficient, ball radius and matching gap on contact deformation were studied. The calculated data show that increasing the contact area between the pair is the most effective measure of decreasing the contact stress. This paper supplies the optimal design of part structure with data.
An integrated computer-aided-design system is developed for miter gates in ship locks.In the system space thin-walled structure theories are introduced and object-oriented parameters programming method is adopted.The system includes three parts,i.e.plane design and calculation,space optimal analysis by FEM and construction blueprint drawing.By using the system,the design efficiency and quality of miter gates is improved distinctly.
Along with the development of Micro-Electromechanical System, the feature dimensions of mechanism and the mutual distance between them are usually in a measure grade of micrometer or nanometer; therefore it is necessary to take considerations on the influence of quanta forces, just as Casimir forces. At first, an analysis was carried out on Casimir forces between the parallel planes, it shows that the Casimir forces will increase rapidly in pace with the decrease of distance between the parallel planes. And then, the structural model of micro spring quiver was obtained according to the actual situation. It was discovered through researches on the force bearing status and dynamics of the model that the sticking effect of the mechanism will occur not only related to its feature parameters C , but also related to the preliminary position and preliminary energy of the component to be adhered.
根据焊接的基本知识和焊接机架的结构,建立焊接机架部件划分规则,将焊接机架分解成部件、支撑杆件和独立杆件等组成部分.通过分析焊接顺序与焊接变形的关系,建立机架部件中杆件的焊接顺序确定规则和机架总装焊接中机架部件与其他杆件的顺序规则,实现机架整体焊接顺序的自动生成.并结合一个实例说明了算法的实现过程.
