In order to improve the useful time of distribution chute of larger blast furnace,design principle and the effect on distribution rule caused by chute structure parameters were discussed.The basic development principles and methods of distribution chute CAD system were studied.In order to solve the problem of the relationship between the parts and assembly,the brother variables and key variables ware introduced,so that the change of whole system parameter can be coordinated.With the ADO technology,the link between procedures and databases was established.Using incorporated parameter table and parts parameter table,an effective storage,management,and display method was provided.With VB as open tool,a practical CAD system of distribution chute was developed on the basic of Solid Edge.
Apply SIMULINK toolbox to study method and process of kinematics simulation of Zero-Max type impulse CVT mechanism. On the basis of establishing mathematical model, establish kinematics simulation model depend on SIMULINK toolbox traits, obtain the movement rule graphs of position, velocity and acceleration of every component of CVT and further analyse movement traits. Indicate this method is simple?intuitionistic?dependable and applicable through simulation result of practical example. Therefore this method is the same with kinematics simulation of other complex mechanism.
