Objective Study of renal medicine of the reasons of nursing disputes and countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital kidney internal medicine department has6nursing dispute mediation.Results Through the renal medicine causes of nursing disputes and Countermeasures Summary,our hospital kidney internal medicine clinical nursing quality significantly improved,significantly reduced the number of nursing disputes.Conclusion In renal medicine nursing work,must lead to the reasons of nursing disputes were summarized and analyzed,and take effective measures,in order to achieve the effect of reducing nursing disputes.
