Two schemes is presented to eliminate the indoor heat excess,as a identical substation for studying object,the detail calculation of the relevant ventilation is made according to the different outdoor meteorological data,then the analysis of the civil condition effecting to the two schemes in the actual installation process is made,finally,the reasonable ventilation air-conditioning design scheme is selected,and the feasibility method for the operating energy consumption's control is presented.In the end,the combined design and operation mode of the ventilation-heat exchanging and fire gas fire-extinguishing system.
Since the increasing populations of HIV-infected and immune-compromised patients due to immunosuppressive medical regimens,there was need to develop CD4+ T cell-independent therapeutic strategies to prevent opportunistic infection.There was a well-known inverse relationship between CD4+ lymphocyte count and the risk of pneumocystis infection and other bacterial infection,but the CD4+ T cells does not hold all of the answers to mechanisms of host defense against these infections.CD40 ligand(CD40L) was critical for host defense against pneumocystis as well as other opportunistic infections.To test whether CD40L could prime immune response in the deficiency of CD4+ T cells in mice,chicken ovalbumin(OVA) was used as the model antigen with the addition of CD40L in CD4-depleted mice.Anti-OVA IgG1 and IgG2a were measured by ELISA three weeks after the boost.The result showed significant increases in IgG2a and IgG1 in the CD40L co-transduced group compared to OVA alone.We also observed a significant increase in OVA-specific IFN-γ elaboration in splenocytes after stimulation with the SIINFEKL peptide in both CD4-replete mice and CD4-depleted mice that were co-transduced with CD40L.These data suggest that CD40L can prime both B-cell and CD8+ T-cell responses.
That the air source heat pump(ASHP)will be applied for assisting the solar energy central hot water system in the integrated building project in northwest cold area is proposed.Taking a 10-layer residential of Lanzhou for example,the dynamic analysis of ASHP and the other alternated traditional assisted heating plans is made,emphatically making detail analysis of the annual cost's change affected by water supplying load,rate,price of energy and settings.The result shows that with the energy price rising,the using of air source heat pump for assisting solar energy central heating system has strong economic competitive advantage and it brings fairly good social benefits and environmental protection benefits.
太阳能与建筑一体化是太阳能利用的发展方向之一.以兰州地区某10层住宅建筑共20户为研究对象,采用以空气源热泵为辅助热源的太阳能集中热水供应系统,对可供选择的4种辅助热源进行了经济性评价.首先用动态费用年值法对各方案的费用年值进行了计算比较,然后进行了敏感性分析.分析表明,在兰州地区住宅建筑太阳能集中热水供应中,综合考虑经济、管理、环保等因素,空气源热泵为辅助热源的方案会取得更好的效果.
