为提高钢包自开率,对精炼铬质引流砂的理化性能和使用环境进行研究.通过制定精炼铬质引流砂的理化指标标准、加砂管改进、合理控制钢包周转时间、钢包控渣、控制备用包投入温度、延长钢包上水口使用寿命等措施,2017年钢包自开率平均值提高到了99.4%.
亚甲蓝值(MB值)是科学评价石灰石粉质量的关键指标.本文系统研究了石灰石粉MB值及流动度比的检测方法及其之间的关系.研究结果表明,石灰石粉MB值测定试验方法中可不掺加标准砂;只有在掺加外加剂的情况下,才可以用流动度比指标来评价石灰石粉的品质;石灰石粉MB值与黏土含量正相关,与流动度比负相关;石灰石粉MB值在1.0以上时,初始流动度比均小于100;而石灰石粉MB值在0.5及以下时,初始流动度比在110左右.
以唐钢薄板坯连铸中间包为原型,设计了几种不同位置安装气幕挡墙的中间包方案.研究了不同方案的中间包流场和夹杂物的运动轨迹,表明气幕挡墙位置及流量可以改变中间包流场及夹杂物的运行轨迹.通过“刺激—响应”方法获得了“RTD曲线”,计算得到平均停留时间、死区、活塞区和混返区等参数.气幕挡墙的位置和吹气量等对其冶金效果会产生显著的影响,认为合理设计气幕挡墙可以改善中间包内钢水的流场,延长钢水停留时间,利于夹杂物的上浮.
Against to the problems in using normal burning technique: uneven heating,not enough heating power and high energy consumption,the roaster for ladle in No.1 Steel Rolling Mill of Tang Steel is reformed: adopting off-line regenerative burning technique,reforming the relative equipments,optimizing roasting process,proposing out standards for ladle flame control,roasting time control and ladle put-in.After that the ladle roasting system operates safely and reliable,its all indexes are good,save gas cost,makes excellent economic and social profit.
It is analyzed the main factor to affect automatic open ratio of ladle is the selection of flow-leading sand.With effective measures our average automatic open ratio of ladle is raised from 98 to 98.7 percent.
It is introduced the flow status of molten steel in tundish in continuous casting,analyzed the distribution of flow field based on comparison of different water simulation experiments,and at last determined the best structure of tundish,which is applied to the tundish of continuous casting of thin slab and good effect got.
Based on research of LF hot steel slag system and sulfur content,some measures are adopted in Tang Steel to realize the recovery and reuse of the slag,some good result got.
