Based on the dial indicator in a wide range(0 to 30 mm) plus stepper motor device test the resolution and the main performance indicators of the JSY-ID Type Digital Hydrostatic Levelling Telemeter.The test results meet the industry standards of Capacitance Leveling Transducer; The technical problems of the overall measuring instrument are solved from the quantity transmission side.
The paper describes the working principle and structure of a newly designed high - precision (microgal) gravimeter, which is basically a vertically suspending spring-weight system, using a highly sensitive capacitance sensor of movement in a controlled temperature environment in a borehole and a multi-frequency output for both earth-tide and earthquake monitoring. The preliminary test indicated that, while in a stabilization process, it had met all the technical requirements for a relative gravimeter used for earth tide and earthquake monitoring.
The sensitivity test methods for different types of crustal deformation instruments are various.In addition,all the test results are untraceable.Therefore the accuracy and credibility of the observation results are affected.The sensitivity test methods for water tube tiltmeter,vertical pendulum tiltmeter and extensometer are discussed.Laser interferometry technology is introduced to improve the test accuracy.The test results are shown to be traceable to national measurement standards.
The three-dimensional gravity and tilt measurement results with bore-hole system show that the resolution power of the system are 0.1×10-8ms-2 for gravity and 0.000 2″ for tilt which reaches the design requirements and can meet the need of the solid tide observation and earthquake monitoring.
