由于天然气属于危险化学品,同时又被纳入危险化学品监管,因此必须按照国家标准《危险化学品重大危险源辨识》(GB18218-2014)中规定的危险物质及临界量确定标准和方法,对天然气处理、储存、运输设施和场所是否属于重大危险源进行辨识.文章介绍了重大危险源辨识的计算方法,以及对苏20、苏25、苏76天然气集气支线、场站存量进行计算的结果.
自2009年我公司在苏里格地区实施水平井以来,虽然完井管柱直径与裸眼段间隙小,但没有发生过通井模拟管串下如顺利,实际下入管串过程中遇阻的情况下入过程中出现泥岩掉块、井底落物、全角变化率大、大肚子井眼等现象会使管柱发生卡钻,始终存在风险,综合以上因素,因此一直将完井作业过程中的井眼清洁作为工作的重中之中,并且通过常规钻具通井、刮削套管壁、下入单铣柱和通井短节来模拟管柱的下入,除工具本身的质量问题外,在几十口水平井施工过程中,未发生通井过程顺利,完井管串下入过程中遇卡的情况,本文通过分析苏**井管柱的力学性能,测出了卡点大致位置,经过起下两次管柱,得出了卡钻的原因.
