With the social development,the patients pay more and more attention to their privacy,which brings a new challenge to the clinical education of obstetrics and gynecology.If maltreated,it will do unnecessarily harm to the patients,even leading to family conflict and litigation.This paper tries to analyze the conflict and to look out possible solutions.

The paper thoroughly discusses the common points and huge differences between the core technology that our scientific and technological communities pay great attention to and the core competence that the economic circles focus on. Then it analyzes the essential reason why the industry, university, research are disjoined. It puts forward the relative countermeasure suggestion that the industry-university -research collaborations should take corporation as the core.
