以丙烯酸等单体为原料,合成含有多种极性基团的低粘度聚羧酸减水剂,以水泥净浆流动度和减水剂粘度为主要评价标准,考察不同因素对聚羧酸减水剂粘度和性能影响规律.结果表明,最佳原料配比、反应条件下合成的低粘度聚羧酸减水剂具有优异的分散、保坍、抗压性能.
本文详细报道了以甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯为氟改性剂,以二乙烯基苯为交联剂的氟丙树脂溶液聚合工艺,研究了不同工艺下的氟碳树脂性能,通过红外光谱确定树脂为交联型氟改性丙烯酸树脂,该树脂具有常温挥发干燥特性,具有优异耐酸、碱、盐、水等综合性能,SEM电镜表明成膜性好,热重分析表明涂层耐高温,可以在400℃下长期使用.
In order to solve the problems of easily getting into part extremum and slowly converging to an optimum in using genetic algorithm for robot path planning,a path planning method for robot based on chaos genetic algorithm is designed.using self adapting selection probability and adding chaos algorithm improve the simple genetic algorithm,thereby the path planning method for robot is more robust and the problems of early and slowly convergence of simple genetic algorithm is solved.MATLAB simulation prove the good performance of obstacle avoidance of this method.
The anticorrosive performance of MB6 magnesium alloy at different phosphating temperature,different phosphating solution pH and different phosphating times were studied by Tafel polarization curve.The results indicate that the phosphating temperature,phosphating solution pH and phosphating times obviously influence the anticorrosive performance of MB6 magnesium alloy,with the best phosphating temperatuIe 50 ℃,the best phosphating solution pH 3.0,and the best phosphating times 20 min.Surface phosphating treatment has improved the corrosion resistance of MB6 magnesium alloys in Hank solutions.
To reduce accidents and standardize the operation,the monitoring system for drilling units was developed with PLC,configuration software and touch screen.The system simulated the overflow,leakage,well kick and blowout in the drilling process and then had them controlled with PLC.Through exchanging data between configuration software and the PLC,the host computer can monitor the equipments in drilling field.The application proves its security and reliability.
Manipulator tracking control in robot research takes a very important position.There are many control methods,but the control effect is not ideal.This paper designs a tracking control scheme of manipulator based on T-S type fuzzy neural network,it is combined with improved adaptive genetic algorithm and BP algorithm to optimize the network weights,simulation results show the feasibility of the model.
A new compound 4-vinyl-4′-chlorobenzophenone(4-VCBP) was prepared by addition of p-chlorobenzonitrile and a Grignard reagent obtained from p-chlorostyrene and hydrolyzation of the intermediate.Effects of the temperature,time,and the ratio of reactants on yield were examined.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were determined as follows: addition reaction was carried at 50℃,for 10 h,and the ratio of Grignard reagent to p-chlorobenzonitrile was 1.4∶1;hydrolyzation was performed at reflux for 8 h in benzene,and the yield of 4-VCBP reached to 75%.
