湖羊作为一种多胎性绵羊品种,因其产羔多、泌乳量较大,所以乳房炎的发病率也普遍很高.这不仅会影响羔羊的成活率,也会对生产母羊的健康造成严重威胁.通过对日发新西域牧业有限公司玛纳斯县湖羊养殖基地引进的湖羊乳房炎发病情况进行调查,发现该养殖基地的羊群乳房炎发病率较高,达到了6.38%,已经影响到了正常的生产与经营.通过采取一系列的治疗和防控措施后,该场的湖羊乳房炎发病率得到了有效的控制.
我区年存栏多胎肉羊生产母羊20万只以上,年产多胎羔羊30~40万只,如何做好多胎羔羊的饲养管理,提高多胎羔羊成活率,是多胎绵羊规模养殖企业和养殖户关心的热点和难点问题。本文阐述了多胎羊品种及羔羊生产特性、初生多胎羔羊的生理特点、多胎羔羊的管护要点,以期能为全区多胎羔羊的生产实践提供借鉴。
羊群舍饲期间的患病率和死亡率较高,细毛羊在舍饲期间羊只患病率和死亡率分别较野外放牧高3.52%和1.37%,解剖发现因呼吸系统疾病致死是羊只损失的主要原因,有62.75%的羔羊和54.42%的成年羊死于呼吸系统疾病及其并发症导致的其他疾病。因此,做好舍饲期间羊舍的通风换气工作,对于降低羊群疾病风险,提高养殖效益,保障羊场养殖人员身体健康均有积极意义。

对中国美利奴超细型幼龄羊生长发育规律进行了研究,结果表明:断乳前公、母羊体尺、体重增加最快(P<0.01);冬季舍饲期母羊体尺、体重和公羊体高、体长增加最慢(P<0.01).冬季公羊体重增长仍然较母羊快(P<0.01),体尺增长速度虽减缓但高于母羊(P>0.05),说明若能维持均衡的饲养水平,幼龄羊在生长发育后期仍能保持较快的生长速度.另外,细型羊各时期体尺、体重增加略高于超细型羊(P>0.05),但具有相同的生长变化规律.
The physical and chemical properties of wool were assayed,the correlations between these properties and the main economic traits were analyzed in super fine wool sheep and the wool qualities were evaluated by gray theory in different strains of Chinese Merino.The results show that: the average fiber diameter of super fine wool strain is significantly lower than the other strains(P<0.01),but the average wool curvature is significantly increased(P<0.05);there is no correlation between fiber diameter and the other traits(P>0.05);wool yield increase with the increase of wool cluster length(P<0.05);anti-stress elasticity is enhanced(P<0.01);there are significant positive correlations among clean wool' glossiness,whiteness and yellowness(P<0.05).The comprehensive quality of wool of super fine wool strain is the best comparing to other strains.
Wool of different growing stages of 120 superfine wool sheep was marked by special dye to study the growth of wool.The results demonstrated that the growth of superfine wool has a obviously seasonal changes,the fiber diameters and rates of wool growing of all test sheeps are maximal in summer with 18.09μm,18.56μm,20.35μm and 0.26 mm/day,0.26 mm/day,0.27 mm/day respectively;The fiber diameter of female lambs and ewes are minimum in spring with 15.97μm、16.58μm respectively and ratioes of wool growing are minimum in winter with 0.22 mm/day、 0.20 mm/day respectively.
150 wool samples including 3 types of fineness(≤18 μm,18~20 μm and ≥20 μm) were taken,and the variations of fiber diameter along and within staple were studied.The results demonstrate that the variation of fiber diameter along staple is similar in different types of fineness and agrees with the seasonal change of feedstuff,and the wool with fineness being less than 18 μm has the least variations of fiber diameter(P0.01);Contrarily,the variation of diameter between fibers within staple is increased in company with the reducing of fineness(P0.01).
