通过开展水稻上施用硼锌肥试验,并对其肥效和经济效益进行分析,结果表明,硼锌肥能有效提高水稻产量和品质,为解决宿松丘陵地区水稻缺锌、缺硼症状.提高单位面积产质量和硼锌肥的大面积推广应用提供科学依据.
以几种新型农药为材料,研究了其不同剂量防治棉花苗、伏蚜的效果及其配套应用技术。试验结果表明,25%吡蚜酮WP50ppm、20%喹硫磷EC150ppm、40%毒死蜱EC300ppm和1.8%阿维菌素EC6ppm药后1-15d防效分别为72.3%-99.4%、81.3%-99.4%、62.7%-98.8%和47.1%-96.8%,其总体防效相当于或略优于对照药剂50%甲胺磷,是高毒农药的理想替代品种,且对棉花生长和棉田天敌较安全。

Solitary type is one of ecological types of Locusta Migratoria Manilensis.It is important to understand deeply the behavior of solitary locust for controlling and forecasting locust.The studies on the effects of pheromones from gregarious and solitary locusts on aggregation behavior of solitary locusts were performed using electroantennography(EAG) and olfactometer bioassay.The results showed that the fecal volatile extracts emitted from the gregarious hoppers had significant aggregation effects on the solitary hoppers,the solitary hoppers elicited significant EAG responses to the pheromones from gregarious hoppers,there into the activity of the fecal extracts was higher,the solitary locusts were sensitive to the pheromones from the same or older stage gregarious hoppers as it,and the male was more sensitive than the female,the pheromones from gregarious adults excited significant EAG response for solitary hoppers,the activity of the pheromone from male gregarious adults was stronger,the solitary hoppers elicited lower EAG responses to the pheromones from solitary hoppers.The behavior and phase transformation are closed relationship with pheromones from relevant environment,it is necessary to study comprehensively in the future.
