综述了最近根癌农杆菌介导不同宿主遗传转化的转化机理和T-DNA的整合方式等方面的研究进展及目前对农杆菌介导的遗传转化中植物、真菌以及人类细胞宿主的研究进展.
Six turfgrass cultivars, including five Festuca arundiancea (Jaguar3, Litter Mustang, Green Park, Ruby and Finelawn) and one Lolium perenne (Eminent), stored for 8 months under regular conditions,were selected to study the seed vigor with 4 methods, including seedling growth test, electrical conductivity test, ageing test and simulated field seedling growth test. The results indicated that there were significant differences between different cultivars. A highly significant positive correlation was found between germination percentage and the rate of simulated field seedling both in seedling growth test and in aging test, and same between simplified vigor index and the rate of simulated field seedling. According to the results of this experiment, the seedling growth test and aging test were the most proper methods for testing the seed vigor of turfgrass.
