为研究浸梗水的化学成分,并寻找一种浸梗水的再利用途径,采用GC/MS法分析浸梗水的化学成分,并对浸梗水在烟草中的再利用效果进行试验.结果表明,浸梗水中共鉴定出15种成分,其主要成分为烟碱、有机酸、醛酮、酯醇类等.烟草中添加浸梗水后,可提高卷烟香气质,增加香气量,提高烟气浓度和劲头.浸梗水可作为一种烟草本源添加剂施加到烟草中.
In order to make the best use of chlorophyll distilling waste from silkworm excrement,and to search a new way to manufacture the natural flavor,simultaneous distillation extraction was used to extract tobacco flavor from chlorophyll distilling waste of silkworm excrement.The VOCs in the extracted flavor were analysed and the extracted flavor were added into the cigarette.The results showed that: 22 compounds were identified in chlorophyll distilling waste from silkworm excrement,most of which were tobacco aroma substances such as ketones and terpenes;The extraction had remarkable effect on sweetening and softening cigarette smoke,reducing offensive odor and improving aftertaste.The flavor from chlorophyll distilling waste of silkworm excrement can be used as a new type of natural flavor to add into tobacco.
It was found that the performance of cylinder cut tobacco dryer become worse.The moisture content of output tobacco fluctuated beyond the tolerance of standard deviation 0.17%.By analyzing the steam and drainage pipelines in the dryer,the fault was attributed to the wear of rotary packing gland.Therefore, the internal diameter of compression nut was enlarged and a compression spring added to keep the packing always in a tightly compression state and prevent steam from leaking into cycling water pipeline.After improvement,the standard deviation of output moisture content reduced from 0.26% to 0.12%,the fluctuation of steam pressure and cycling water temperature decreased obviously,and 527 tons of steam and $68.5 thousand were saved per year.
在QC小组活动的现状调查阶段,根据调查的梗丝干燥工序出口水分的三点极差和过程能力指数,利用回归分析方法求出了回归方程,并利用回归方程预测出了满足过程能力要求的水分极差。通过采取措施,使三点极差满足要求,进而满足过程能力指数的要求。通过回归分析不仅准确地找出了问题的症结,而且还提升了QC成果的水平。
In view of the lower temperature process capability during the strips casing and cylinder conditioner's working,it's electric control system was improved.The chamber temperature control circu it from the traditional PID control to a sub-control+traditional PID control,pre-chamber temperature control loop was added,the circuit compensation steam changes manual control from to automatic control.The result proves the temperature process capability index improves from 0.82 to 1.5,preheating time decreases from 40 min to 20 min,and it can save electric energy 4 458 kW and steam 575 t every year.
In order to find the best causative level from many levels in the QC group stage of the implementation phase,making arrangements for four factors of four levels exerpriments by virtue of orthogonal experiment,and analyzing the experiment result with the method of range and square,the best level of every factor is found out.After the best level is applied to facility,the target of QC group has been smoothly accomplished.The use of orthogonal experiment not only saves time and effort to solve the problem,but also enhance the outcome level of the QC.
