目的 探讨苍艾兰方熏蒸法在血液科住院病房空气消毒的效果.方法 选取2017年1月-2018年6月广东省某三甲医院血液科住院病房16间,采用随机分组法分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各8间病房.对照组采用常规空气消毒机消毒,实验组用空气消毒机消毒后加苍艾兰方熏蒸,检测消毒前后环境细菌菌落数以及种类,对两组消毒效果进行比较.结果 两组消毒效果比较,随着时间延长尤其是消毒后8 h、12 h苍艾兰方熏蒸消毒的空气细菌菌落数、空气细菌杀菌率明显优于空气消毒机消毒效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 苍艾兰方熏蒸法消毒效果好,对人体无害,操作简单,对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等有明显的体外抑制作用,能有效减少导致血液病区院内感染发生的病菌数.
目的 探讨ATP生物荧光检测技术评价血液科入住层流床患者陪护人员手卫生质量与效果.方法 随机抽取某三甲医院血液科层流病床患者陪护人员,采用ATP生物荧光检测方法,测量相对光单位值(RLU),对层流床患者陪护人员手卫生进行检测.结果 2017年1—6月共检测层流床陪护人员手卫生435人次,350人次合格,合格率为80.46%.手卫生合格率分组分析结果显示:首次和再次或多次入住患者陪护人员合格率分别为70.52%、88.16%;高中以下、高中及高中以上学历合格率分别为74.63%、89.82%;男性、女性陪护合格率分别为72.84%、85.84%.患者不同入住次数、不同学历层次与性别的陪护人员,手卫生合格率进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 ATP生物荧光检测技术可用于评价血液科层流床患者陪护人员手卫生质量.
目的:研究苍艾香薰油熏蒸法在无菌层流病房感染控制中的应用效果.方法:选择2015年12月—2017年12月间广东省第二人民医院血液科入住无菌层流病房的72例患者,按照床号先后顺序划分为观察组与对照组各36例,其中1、2、3、4、5号为观察组,6、7、8、9、10号为对照组,对照组采用空气消毒机进行早晚消毒处理,观察组每日采用苍艾香薰熏蒸空气消毒,每周对病房内各个区域采用细菌培养法或ATP荧光检测技术进行检测,统计患者搬离病房保护前院内感染发生率、各物品细菌菌落总数、住院治疗及花费.结果:采用空气消毒机进行早晚消毒处理后,每周同一时间检测,测量病房内空气、物体表面、医护人员手的细菌菌落总数,结果提示观察组各指标值均优于对照组,(t=9.748、12.746、17.775,P<0.05).观察组36例住院患者中,院内感染发生率低、患者层流病房停留时间、治疗费用、抗菌药物使用时间、感染开始及治疗时间均优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:相较于传统空气消毒机处理,在无菌层流病房采用苍艾香薰熏蒸空气消毒法,取得效果较好,可有效控制病房内各物品菌落总数,降低感染率,缩短住院时间.

目的 探索目标管理在提升血液科护生职业防护能力的效果.方法 选择2014年2月~ 2014年12月、2015年2月~2015年12月至血液科轮转实习护生分别设为对照组(46名)与观察组(45名),对照组按护理实习大纲、临床护理教学路径带教,观察组在实习大纲、临床护理教学路径基础上,增加职业防护能力培训内容,并采用目标管理模式实施,观察比较护生职业防护能力实施目标管理前后锐器伤发生例数、职业防护知识知晓率、相关教学效果满意度.结果 护生锐器伤发生例数显著降低,职业防护知识知晓率、相关教学满意度显著提升,两组数据比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05).结论 目标管理运用于提升血液科护生职业防护能力的临床带教模式,能有效降低锐器伤发生例数和护生职业安全防护能力,提升了相关教学满意度.

We present quantitative parameters for urban ecosystem carrying capacity of Jinan with the theory of city ecosystem carrying capacity and Jinan as a subject from the perspective of maintaining the health of a city ecosystem,its stability and sustainable development.We also construct an urban ecological supporting force model,an urban ecological pressure model and an urban ecological carrying capacity model.We then apply the evaluation index system and model to the evaluation for Jinan city ecosystem carrying capacity from 2004 to 2008,and analyze its changing law.These can provide a scientific basis and theoretical support for sustainable area development and environmental protection.

The industrial experiment by a combination of new biocide and scale inhibitor in recycle cooling system using city wastewater as makeup water was introduced.When the biocide and scale inhibitor were joined,the corrosion rate was 0.000 87 g/(m2 · h)and 0.001 16 g/(m2 · h),the slow eclipse rate was about 80%.The results indicated that new biocide and scale inhibitor can inhibit the corrosion of copper pipe in city sewage.
Copper corrosion and the substance transfer which are caused by using secondary treated municipal wastewater as circulating cooling water directly with several recycling concentration rates are mainly studied.And the recycling concentration rates of the circulating cooling water system is over 4 can be attained,when the system coagulation UF and RO are adopted.
Maceration method was introduced to prepare catalyst for flue gas denitration by loading Cu on ACF,and impact of baking temperature,method of catalyst loading,kinds of copper salt and amount of loading in the catalyst preparation on catalytic activity was discussed.Results indicated that under the optimum baking temperature of 250~300℃,many times maceration was better to one time maceration,and it was better that Cu(NO3)2 as the liquor of copper salt.
The construetion of Mountain Altitudinal Belt Information System(MABIS) is the research requirement of altitudinal belt spectra.It has the functionalities of graphic analysis,data organization and management,real-time connections among geographic features,data and graphics of mountain altitudinal belt spectra,real-time conversion between relative and absolute altitude of MABIS,multi-format data output,and more friendly interfaces.It would make the progress of ecological and topographic explanations of mountain altitudinal belt structures after coupled with climatic and topographic data.
