患者屈肘90°,以肘外侧痛点为中心涂抹扶他林乳胶剂,厚度约1毫米,涂抹面积略小于灌口.采用投火法拔罐,留罐20分钟,隔日治疗1次,一般2～3次即可痊愈.

Objective To investigate the effect of aidi injection on peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with breast cancer.Methods Peripheral blood natural killer(NK) subsets and T-lymphocyte subsets of treatment group(78 cases) and control group(62 cases)was detected by flow cytometry of breast cancer. ResultsAfter aidi injection for a cycle, NK cell activity and the percentage of NK cells in peripheral blood of treatment group had a certain increase, CD3+, CD4+ as well as CD4+/CD8+ increased more significantly than before treatment(P<0.05 orP<0.01), the differences between two gourp had statistical significance(P<0.05). ConclusionAidi injection can improve peripheral blood NK cells activities and T-lymphocytes functions in patients with breast cancer.

目的分析研究艾迪注射液对乳腺癌患者的外周血NK细胞和T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用流式细胞仪技术,检测乳腺癌患者75例与正常人对照组46例的外周血T细胞亚群和NK细胞。结果与对照组比较,乳腺癌组治疗前NK细胞百分比与NK细胞活性降低(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+减少较为明显(P<0.05或P<0.01),CD8+百分比明显增加(P<0.05)。使用艾迪注射液后,乳腺癌组CD8+百分比明显减少(P<0.05),其余各项指标均有明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论艾迪注射液能提高乳腺癌患者的细胞免疫功能。
