By using "magnetic+2-level reaction precipitation" process,the effluent from waste paper pulping and papermaking was advancedly treated.Trial test was carried out to treat the effluent with the capacity of 600m 3/d.The results show that when COD Cr of influent water reaches 92~131mg/L,chroma 55~65 times,the electrical conductivity 2387~2527μS/cm,total hardness 314~347mg/L,the water quality after treatment can accord with the requirement of Water Pollutant Discharge Limits in Particular specified in Pollutant Discharge Standard for Pulp and Paper Industry (GB3544-2008) with reaching COD Cr 44~57mg/L,chrom 5~10 times,conductivity 1428~1514μS/cm,total hardness 122~138mg/L.Meanwhile,the water recycle can be expanded due to the waste water of organic pollutants and conductivity,total hardness were efficient to remove.
The paper introduces the major technologies of advanced treatment of pulp and paper effluent at present and analyzes the feature of the technologies and problems in application,then looks forward to the prospect of the technologies in advanced treatment of pulp and paper mill effluent.
