目的 分析布拉氏酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果.方法 60例小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组30例.对照组患儿接受蒙脱石散联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上接受葡萄糖酸锌治疗.比较两组患儿疗效、症状改善时间及治疗前后炎性因子水平.结果 研究组患儿总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患儿止泻时间、退热时间、失水纠正时间分别为(1.21±0.21)、(3.12±0.24)、(2.02±0.65)d,均短于对照组的(3.21±0.25)、(4.68±0.21)、(3.98±0.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患儿肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎时,联合应用布拉氏酵母菌与葡萄糖酸锌对患儿症状的改善有促进作用,且能够缓解炎性反应,疗效更好.
目的 分析对小儿过敏性紫癜患儿实施西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的疗效.方法 50例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例.观察组接受西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组接受西咪替丁治疗.比较两组患者的症状消失时间及治疗效果.结果 观察组患儿的皮疹、胃肠病变、关节红肿消失时间分别为(5.46±1.74)、(4.17±0.89)、(4.21±0.65)d,均短于对照组的(6.85±1.43)、(5.88±0.93)、(6.09±0.98)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患儿的总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对小儿过敏性紫癜患儿实施西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗方式,能帮助患儿在较短时间内改善皮肤紫癜症状,提升患儿的治疗效果,减少病症复发的风险.
目的 分析阿奇霉素干混悬剂联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体感染性小儿咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 60例肺炎支原体感染性小儿咳嗽患儿,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组,每组30例.对照组接受阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗,研究组接受阿奇霉素干混悬剂联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗.比较两组治疗效果,症状消失时间、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、外周静脉血嗜酸粒细胞(EOS).结果 研究组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组EOS、ECP、IgE分别为(161.25±1.23)×106/L、(9.01±1.12)μg/L、(332.02±1.21)mg/L,均低于对照组的(179.65±1.51)×106/L、(11.54±1.62)μg/L、(341.02±1.24)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组症状消失时间(3.30±0.21)d短于对照组(5.68±0.25)d,差异有统计学意义(t=39.926,P<0.05).结论 肺炎支原体感染性小儿咳嗽患儿接受阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗基础上,再联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,可显著改善患儿ECP、IgE、EOS等体征指标,症状改善速度快,疗效更理想.
目的探究血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在过敏性紫癜患儿中的表达意义。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月深圳市龙岗区人民医院收治的50例过敏性紫癜患儿为观察组,另选取同期行健康体检的50例儿童为对照组,比较两组儿童血清中的细胞因子水平。结果观察组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而继发性HSPN患儿血清TNF-α水平显著高于肾脏未发生损伤的HSP患儿(P<0.05)。结论血清中的IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α可能参与过敏性紫癜发病的整个过程,对过敏性紫癜儿童血清细胞因子进行监测,能有效提高疾病的诊断水平,为治疗提供有力的指导。
Objective To explore the risk factors of kidney damage in children with allergic purpura (Henoch-Schonlein prupura, HSP). Methods Eighty children with allergic purpura were enrolled in this study, including 60 cases without kidney damage (the control group) and 20 cases with kidney damage (the observation group). The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed, including male-female ratio, age≥8 years old, rash repeatedly ≥4 weeks, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, joint pain, blood WBC, PLT, IgG, FIB, ASO and C3. Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were applied. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, rash repeatedly ≥4 weeks, abdominal, IgG, elevated blood FIB were significantly different between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis showed that rash repeatedly ≥4 weeks, abdominal, IgG were the risk factors for kidney damage in HSP children. Conclusion Corresponding prevention and measures should be taken against the risk factors for kidney damage in HSP children.
Objective To investigate the application value of smecta in antibiotic associated diarrhea(AAD) in infants.Methods One hundred and eighty AAD infants admitted in our hospital from April 2008 to May 2011 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The infants in the control group received conventional therapy singly,including the adjustment of diet,oral rehydration salts,and intravenous fluids.The infants in the study group were treated with retention enema bag consisting of 0.9% NaCl 20 ml,654-2(anisodamine) 0.1~0.2 mg/kg and Smecta,on the basis of conventional treatment.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.4%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.6%).The average time for the disappearance of abdominal pain,bloating and diarrhea symptoms in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Retention enema using smecta is effective and safe in the treatment of AAD.
Objective:To explore the relationship of the myocardial damage with the rotavirus enteritis in infants.Methods:110 cases of infants with RV antigen-positive as the observation group and 110 cases of infants with RV antigen-negative enteritis as the control group were studied,all of the infants were phlebotomized to detect the serum levels of AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,and also they were checked by electrocardiogram (ECG).Results:The level of the CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,there was a significant statistical difference between them(P<0.01);The rate of abnormal in ECG in the control group was 21.82%(24/110),and that in the observation group was 47.27%(52/110%),there was a significant statistical difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion:RV enteritis in infants can cause the change of the level of myocardial enzymes and ECG,we should attach importance to the protection of the myocardium.
Objective: To discuss the effective treatment of children with severe asthma.Method: 30 children with severe asthma were treated with β2-blocker+Prednisolone Acetate+Aminophylline in pediatrics of our hopital.Result: 20 of 30 patients had evident effect,6 patients were effective and 4 patients were improved,none of them was invalid,the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion: Making right judgment for the child with severe asthma,giving them correct multiple drug combination therapy and symptomatic support treatment is important to relieve their symptoms and improve the survival rate.
