Objective To compare the monosaccharide composition of polysaccharide with 40%,60%,80% concentration ethanol precipitation,which were isolated from Pinus massoniana pollen.Method The polysaccharides was hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid,then derivatized by 1-pheny-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone(PMP),and determined by HPLC method at 250nm wavelength.We obstained separation of the monosaccharide with clear peaks using KH2PO4(pH 5.6)-acetonitrile gradient elution,they are all separated in baseline.Result Our experiment showed that glucose,galactose,arabinose and glucuronic acid mainly constituted the monosaccharide composition of polysaccharide,and we got the molar proportion of monosaccharide content by calculating peak areas.
UDP-3-O-(R-3-hydroxymyristoyl)-N-acetylglucosamine deacetylase(LpxC) is a zinc metalloenzyme,which catalyzes the second step in the biosynthesis of lipid A.Because it is necessary for Gram-negative bacterial growth,the antibacterial agents targeting LpxC become more and more popular in recent years.This article mainly introduces the latest antibacterial agents from two aspects: phenyloxazoline-based hydroxamates inhibitors and substrate analogs containing hydroxamates inhibitors of the antibacterial agents targeting LpxC.
