Objectives: To explore the nursing intern students' satisfaction to clinical teaching,to find out the existing problems in clinical teaching,and to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods: Totally 332 nursing intern students in a tertiary Grade A teaching hospital in Beijing were investigated about their satisfaction to clinical teaching quality,teaching attitude,teaching arrangement,and internship harvest.Results: The overall satisfaction was 3.74±0.53.College nursing intern students' satisfaction was 3.87±0.30,while undergraduate nursing intern students' satisfaction was 3.66±0.48.The satisfaction to clinical teachers' quality was the highest with the score of 3.79±0.48,while the satisfaction to teaching arrangement and internship harvest were the lowest and the scores were 3.71±0.57 and 3.71±0.54,respectively.Conclusion: Nursing intern students had a high satisfaction to clinical teaching,particularly in terms of teachers' quality.College nursing intern students' satisfaction was higher than that of undergraduate nursing intern students.The satisfaction to shift arrangement,teaching plan,professional affection cultivation,active teaching and teaching methods were respectively low.We should pay more attention to those problems in clinical nursing teaching in the future.

Objective: To investigate current clinical nurses' ethical behaviors, in order to provide theoretical basis for further interventions in regulating nurses' behaviors and improving the quality of nursing. Methods: Peer assessment was used in this survey. By convenient sampling, we chose 56 nursing departments where nursing students had their internship in. All of the 180 nursing students practiced in those departments were asked to complete a questionnaire about clinical nurses' ethical behaviors based on their recalling of nurses' behaviors they have seen during their internship in the hospital. Results: The average score of clinical nurses' ethical behaviors was 3.64±0.35. Dimension of Cautious scored highest, but Dimensions of Affiliation and Prudence scored lowest in this investigation. Conclusion: Clinical nurses' ethical behaviors are on a high level in all, but there are differences in some dimensions. Clinical nurses' ethical behaviors still need to be improved, especially the behaviors related to affiliation and prudence.
