The paper introduces several real time settlement modes for farmers after treatment in the new rural cooperative business, deeply analyzes the several real time settlement methods of hospitals,concretely expounds real-time settlement interface service as well as its functions in Beijing New Rural Cooperative System.It utilizes WebService technology to realize various functions of the service.
