在轨卫星数量呈爆发式增长.在应用方面,亟需提升海量卫星并行管理能力和自动化、智能化水平.设计并构建了一种基于知识和大数据的航天器在轨管理云平台,通过工程实际应用,验证了系统设计的可行性,实现了200余颗在轨航天器的并行管理,可以为我国未来复杂星座星群的高效运行管理提供参考.
目前,我国绝大部分卫星的遥控指令上行操作必须在专用测控网内进行,当卫星发生在轨异常时,相关支持人员必须赶赴测控中心现场进行集中处置,非工作时段时效性较低,不利于紧急情况下的异常快速处置.对基于APP的卫星地面遥控系统安全应用方案进行了研究和设计,旨在为我国未来卫星高效运行管理提供一种新的手段,通过原型系统的仿真测试,验证了系统的技术可行性,实现卫星管理相关人员在远离测控中心的情况下也能安全有效地参与在轨异常应急处置.
传统的航天器在轨监视体系为集中模式,应急处置时存在时效性低、对在岗值班人员专业要求高等问题.随着在轨航天器数量的急剧增加,亟需引入移动安全技术,支持在可信网络传输环境下移动终端的安全接入和快速响应,实现线上、线下的航天器设计、在轨管理技术力量的有效综合利用.设计了一种基于移动终端和云平台的航天器在轨监视系统,通过原型系统的实际测试,验证了系统在技术上成熟可行,能够实现航天器管理相关人员在远离任务中心的情况下,通过移动终端以安全可靠的方式便捷地接入后端云平台,及时掌握航天器在轨运行状况.
科学技术快速发展中,人们生活质量不断提升,智慧城市概念逐渐被重视,且逐渐成为城市化与信息化融合的主要产物.基于这一背景,无人机遥感技术监测随之产生,文章就智慧城市建设中无人机遥感技术的应用展开详细分析,促进城市建设进一步发展.
无论城市还是农村,建筑区变化的监测工作越来越重要.建筑区监测的途径有人工进行调查和测量、航空影像或卫星影像监测、最新地形图资料监测等几种.随着无人机技术发展成熟,无人机以其作业方式灵活、快捷,效率高、数据易解译、便于携带、成本低、易维护、智能化程度高等特点在诸多领域得到应用.本文以某县美丽乡村建设宅基地监测为案例,探讨利用无人机技术对美丽乡村建设建筑区进行监测,对建筑区的产生、扩张、消亡进行监控,为政府决策提供数据支持.
阐述了如何采用遥感自动解译和技术人员采集相结合的方法,借助自主开发的地表覆盖分类数据构面工具,进行地表覆盖分类数据采集.同时,以随州市曾都区地理国情普查试点为例,详细介绍了地表覆盖分类数据的采集过程,对今后地理国情地表覆盖分类数据采集具有积极意义.
为了解决现有航天器载荷数据处理软件灵活度差、处理效率低的问题,设计了一种基于多级解包预处理策略以及并行处理调度算法的多格式载荷数据处理与管理平台.通过在某卫星的载荷试验数据处理与存储管理任务中的应用,验证了该平台设计的可行性和有效性.研究结果可为航天器多种格式的载荷数据并行处理与统一管理提供参考.
介绍一种基于通用计算图形处理单元(GPGPU)技术快速提取数字表面模型(DSM)的方法,探讨了使用LiDAR和摄影测量方法获取数字表面模型的不同特点,并通过分别使用CPU和GPU技术获取一个大面积山区数字表面模型的案例对比,证明了基于CUDA架构的数字表面模型提取方法是有效和可行的.

Based on Pushlet structure, a real-time monitoring and alarming system of browser/ server(B/S) mode for spacecraft in-orbit is proposed, which adopts the "publish/subscription" mechanism. Firstly, the client subscribes to a subject from the serve; secondly, the server ac- cepts and registers the subscription, and receives and interprets the real-time telemetry data from spacecraft. With the persistent HTTP link, the alarming information of telemetry parameters is published by the server and pushed to clients in time. Testing results show that the system has high real-time, efficiency and stability performances.
In this paper,based on the research in evaluation system of the potential construction land resources,the potential evaluation system for construction land resources in Beijing was established.The evaluation ideas and workflow of "first filtering then evaluating" for construction land were developed a model that filtering the usable construction land resources was provided;at the same time,the integrated decision analysis platform of urban construction land resources in Beijing was developed based on the comprehensive theory and GIS technology.It has been integrated the spatial data include basic geographic information data,planning data,cadastral data and others 48 layer nearly 200G.And it can be use of for construction land resources automatic filtering,dynamic maintenance,statistical analysis,query and project site.Research indicated that the accuracy and sustainability of potential evaluation of available construction land resource could be guaranteed only depending on the quality of spatial data.

In order to reduce the workload of daily Word report generation,this paper presents a scalable method of automated Word report generation based on dynamic Web pages.The symbols encapsulated from data processing methods are inserted into Word document in order to customize the report template,which is converted to ASPX Web pages.The corresponding data processing methods are invoked to input or retrieve information according to the user operation.The symbols are replaced by the information in order to generate the final report.Application results demonstrate that the method can improve the efficiency of Word report generation.

阐述北京市建设用地综合决策分析平台建设的总体目标和系统架构。该平台通过对建设用地资源的数据整合,建立起北京市建设用地综合管理信息数据库,实现全市建设用地综合信息的及时、动态监管和更新,并以此为基础进行可利用建设用地资源筛选的模型研究和自动筛选程序开发,实现了建设用地资源的综合决策分析。
In this paper,first it has been analyzed the method of filtering the resources of usable construction land,then a model that filtering the usable construction land resources is provided.Based on this model and using GIS technology,a typical research about usable ground resource filtering in somewhere of Beijing has been given.
Based on systematic analysis for content and general mind of resource evaluation of construction land,the normal evaluation methods of resource evaluation of construction land are described deeply.Taking advantage of method named combination of filter and potential evaluation,the potential evaluation experiment and methods verification process of usable construction land resource are finished,taking the planning data of one district of Beijing as an example.The result of evaluation indicates that automatic evaluation results based on model and rule-base are consistent with the result of manual evaluation to join the evaluation processing of available construction land.At the same time,a resource evaluation system of available construction land is developed.In this system,the indices are input through users,the evaluation system for specific objects is building to achieve resource evaluation in area of different scales.Research indicated that automatic evaluation results of urban available construction land depend on the data accuracy and real-time data.Therefore,the accuracy and sustainability of potential evaluation of available construction land resource could be guaranteed only by guaranteeing the quality of spatial data.
